I am a geek. I like video games, D&D, books, nature, wolves, music, anime, Godzilla, etc. I am a nice, sensitive guy, though I am a bit shy. I read a lot and I also do some writing. I am easily amused and love to laugh.

I enjoy hiking on occasion, and taking long walks. I prefer cloudy days to sunny. I love winter and hate summer.

I'd like to meet someone who I can share my life with. Not every single moment, but the things worth sharing.

I quit my retail job and now I'm a volunteer. I'm currently working at a state park restoring and making new trails. I couldn't be happier.
Update: Well the volunteer gig is over. But I did such a good job they hired me on to help with the next session.

Looking smart. I can make people believe the weirdest things because I look like someone who knows a lot and I can pull an answer out of my ass in seconds.

Recently I've been told that I'm good at translating for people. I'm not talking about different languages, just taking what one person says and rewording it so that someone else can understand it.

Movies: All the Godzilla movies, Ghostbusters, Spirited Away, Be kind Rewind, Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Nausica, X-men, The Matrix, UHF, Kung Fu Hustle, Kill Bill, Die Hard, Clerks, Dogma, Little Nemo Adventures in Slumberland, Kung Pow, Mel Brooks movies, I love comedies.

Music: They Might Be Giants, Smash Mouth, Linkin Park, Gorrilas, the Beatles, Peter, Paul, and Mary, Deathclock, Cake, Wierd Al, Anime soundtracks, Mika, Queen, classic rock, pretty much anything but country.

Food: Mashed potatoes. I don't know why but I love them.
