I'm an introvert to put it plainly. I like to have a lot of space to breathe in. I don't like crowds or unfamiliar places and I keep to myself most of the time. I've always been that way, but I've learned to appreciate the value of company as I've matured. I'm not looking for anything at the moment, but if something should happen to find me then I wouldn't mind. I'm a typical guy in a lot of ways. I like to drink beer with my friends, make music, fish, hunt, etc. Yes, I fish and hunt. I also own guns and wear a leather jacket when it gets cold. If that bothers you, then you can either get over it or leave me alone. Anything that deals with the occult intrigues me. Astrology, tarot, numerology, ceremonial magic...you get the idea.
I love electronics. Computers, mp3 players, cameras, etc. . I'm not certain of how everything works EXACTLY, but I'm not technologically-impaired either. I'm a creative and philisophical thinker with a decent IQ who appreciates when someone can match me mentally. I can't get along with someone whom I think is of less than average intelligence. It's one of my hang ups that I just can't seem to get around no matter how hard I try.
Much to the dismay of my friends, I'm also fond of practical jokes whether great or small. I can have a lot of fun with anything from a whoopee cushion to a can of whipped cream. Yeah, I'm easily amused! So sue me lol. Anyway, I only go out of my way to practical joke the people that I regard highly. If you ever find yourself the target of one of my silly pranks, then you know for certain that I find you very endearing lol.

Work, eat, sleep, repeat as necessary. I'm currently in the process of deciding where I should go from here, which isn't easy at the moment. I'm torn between the urge to fly and the responsibilites of job and family at the moment. To paraphrase Dante: Midways on my life's journey I find myself in a dark wood; the obvious path having become unclear.

I'm a decent musician. I play both guitar and bass, but I'm not a virtuoso on either one. I don't suck either lol. My abilities fall somewhere in the middle. I could be a lot better if I practiced more, but other things have become priorities and sometimes practice has to take a back seat to them. I've been thinking of taking up the drums, but lack of funds (drum sets are NOT cheap) has kept that particular instrument out of my hands.

Probably my tattoos since they are the most obvious thing. I've had a lot of people tell me that I look intimidating or mean at first sight. I may look intimidating, but I'm very easy to approach so long as I'm approached respectfully. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way with me.

I listen to just about everything EXCEPT rap, hip-hop, or whatever you wanna call it. In my opinion, music should make you want to fly or break something (besides the stereo). It should make you FEEL something or make you THINK and the only thing rap makes me think or feel is that I'm going to vomit. I don't read as much as I used to. When I do read a book it's mainly non-fiction or occult related. I'm a big fan of horror movies. I also like action flicks and the occasional sword & sorcery epic. As far as food goes, you can't beat a thick steak cooked medium well with a loaded baked potato. I could eat that everyday for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy. Seafood, Italian, and SOME Asian food I like as well. I'm not a fan of Mexican food at all. It tastes very bland to me. I have to have something with a lot of flavor, and refried beans and tortillas are severely lacking in that quality. It pretty much tastes like cardboard to me. Please, don't ask me how I know what cardboard tastes like lol.

That's for me to know and for you to (possibly) find out. I'm a very private person, so getting anything that's REALLY personal out of me is an extraordinary feat. Once I trust someone enough I may start to reveal a few things that I normally keep under wraps, but building that kind of trust with me takes a while. A LONG while.
