I’m a child of the 80s, living in L.A. as I have for most of my life. Currently, I’m a law student in my third and final year. I would describe myself as extremely laid back and down to earth, although I do sometimes come across as a bit arrogant and/or sarcastic. Sports play a big part in my life and I thoroughly believe that Hockey is the greatest sport in the world (Go Kings!!). I’m also a huge Lakers fan and still a Rams fan, even though they’re not in L.A. anymore. Going to hockey games is one of my favorite things to do and I try to catch a game as often as I can. My other activities include reading, hiking, watching movies, and just hanging out with friends.

I love movies. Almost all types and genres. Comedies, dramas, action movies, horror movies (minus the gratuitous gore stuff), foreign films, silent movies (German expressionism fascinates me), you name it. Some of my favorites include The Graduate, A Man For All Seasons, The Untouchables, The Lion in Winter, Trading Places, the Rocky series (all except 5), Metropolis, When Harry Met Sally, M, the Samurai Trilogy with Toshiro Mifune, The Prestige, Die Hard (probably my favorite movie ever), Wayne’s World (and #2), Superbad, Sleepy Hollow, the Man With No Name trilogy and Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood…too many to name, really.
My favorite show right now is probably Archer. Others include How I Met Your Mother (kinda going downhill, though), The Shield, Ned & Stacey, Frasier, MacGyver, Get Smart, Just Shoot Me, Cheers, Blackadder,
I’m not that much into music (sacrilege, I know), but I like some. Classical music, heavy metal, some classic rock and punk rock.
As far as food goes, remember that thing I said about movies? It also applies to food. I don’t think there’s any kind of food I don’t like, and I’m a pretty adventurous eater, always wanting to try new things (religious restrictions permitting). I love good old American cuisine, but am also really into German, Greek, Persian, Japanese, Eastern European, Scandinavian, and British. Recently becoming really fond of Korean food, too.
