My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm jovial, creative, artistic, cynical, smart and funny.

Full on weirdo.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a BA in Game Art and Design from the Art Institute. Now I have my 9 to 5er, where I help work on flight simulators for the military.

I also keep busy with drawing and painting. I've been in a few art shows, and I'm always striving meet other artists to learn and be creative with. Feel free to check out my stuff, if you're interested @j_burrrd.

Thinking that I've found myself, only to realize that I'm completely lost down another avenue.

Awkwardly averting my eyes from attractive women on the street. I'm not going to rape you, quit fucking looking at me like that.

Striving to keep moving forward. Never settling (or at least trying not to).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cynicism. Drinking. Doodling with a few mediums. Making people laugh. Having fun and bringing the party. Being happy. Problem solving.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My beard or my tattoos. Audibly, probably my laugh or my unfiltered brain spilling atrocities out of my mouth hole.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Any good fiction or story telling (I REALLY like Chuck Palahnuik!), graphic novels, or books about history and art. Stuff like Fight Club, Haunted, Invisible Monsters, The Great Gatsby, Fahrenheit 451, The Killing Joke, Watchmen, the Graffiti World series, etc.

Movies: I'm all over the place with movies. I like anything from mind bending thrillers to stoner comedies and everything in between. If it has big explosions in it, bring it on! I've also really been getting into international horror movies recently. Fight Club, Se7en, pretty much anything directed by David Fincher, The Shining, The Thing, The Matrix, The Mask, Half Baked, all of the Die Hard movies, Pans Labyrinth (and pretty much anything else with Del Toros art direction), Payback, the Rambo series, Oldboy, Don't Be a Menace, Donny Darko, Machete, Hobo With a Shotgun, Deathproof, pretty much anything from Tarentino, the Alien series, the Predator series...whew. There's a lot more, but you get the idea.

TV: Arrested Development, Better Off Ted, anything Looney Tunes, Ren and Stimpy, Louie, South Park, Cops, The First 48, FlashForward, Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and sooo many more.

Music: My life blood and driving force. Metal to hip hop to jazz to fuck, I love it all. Except for modern country music... Here's a short list: Opeth, Darkest Hour, Between the Buried and Me, Leftover Crack, Choking Victim, Bad Religion, Amon Amarth, Pig Destroyer, Eric Clapton (and Cream), Mark Knopfler (and Dire Straits), The Police, Pink Floyd, The Advantage, Alkaline Trio, Behemoth, The Black Keys, At the Drive-In, The Mars Volta, Heiroglyphics, Jedi Mind Tricks, Atmosphere, Immortal Technique, Tool, Primus, The Faceless, Bloodhound Gang, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Porcupine Tree, Bob Marley, Yellowman, DJ Distance, Skream, Cookie Monsta, Mimosa, Boards of Canada, Jaga Jazzist, Beethoven, Bach, Dimmu Borgir, Old Mans Child, Bathory, Immortal, Refused, System of a Down. This is a very short list...there is so much more.

Food: Give me it all! I'll try anything once or twice or thrice.

Ah who am I kidding, no one reads this section any way.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- Paper, pencils, paints (that's one!)
- Direction
- My family and friends (pretty much the same thing in my book).
- Music
- Human interaction
- Whackey tobaccie, caffeine and nicotine
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Art. Analyzing and fixing problems. Images that I should be drawing before they're gone. What the fuck my last dream meant. How to become lucid. Altered states of conciousness. Being bewildered by how emotional music makes me. The eternal love/hate relationship I have with the internet and what it is doing to our society. And in that regard, trying to remember the last time I actually called someone.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Anxiously awaiting my yak shavings to come in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmmm...I'm poly, but I have no primary.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have fingers. Or even if you don't. If you can blink me a message like Stephen Hawking I would find that to be very interesting.

I feel it's important to put this out there. I have a really hard time justifying sending the first message on this thing. The way I see it, if I like you I'm sure the rest of the okcupid-verse does too. The more I talk about it with women the more I realize that my male counterparts are a bunch of fuck tards with boners. I definitely am one of those too...but I know how to keep it on a leash. So if you're interested or want to ask me something/go do something, just let me know. I'm kind of tired of extending an olive branch that's already been ravaged by giant mindless cocks. Thank you for your time.
