I have career ADHD, so I seem to always have a million things going on. I left corporate America two years ago to join the fitness world as a training nerd. But, now I'm back to where I belong as a freelance writer and co-founder of a new marketing agency.
Don't get me wrong, I love kettlebell training and I especially enjoy fixing broken people and those in pain with my "magic" powers through neuroscience-based therapy. But I also love having a normal schedule, being able to splurge on a special occasion, or lavish someone important with nice things. And, let's face it....I just like being busy.
I have two rescue dogs who are basically my children.
I cook religiously, exercise frequently, and enjoy live music--especially at venues like the Gothic and Ogden. I hike a little, I bike a little, but I still love a good sunny afternoon in the park tossing a frisbee and then grabbing some ice cream afterward. I'm a coffee addict and quite possibly the world's biggest fan of bacon.
I'm sure there's more to tell, but why ruin the fun? You'll just have to write or send an IM to find out more.
