So, a Vancouver woman named Bethany Storro spashed acid on her own face. Then, she told authorities that a black woman attacked her. For no reason. No specific woman, just "a black woman." Why? I have no idea. She has no answer. She has since confessed that she did it to herself. Marla Schuman of the the vancouver PD states, "She is very upset. She is very remorseful. This got bigger than what she expected." What did she expect? For local law enforcement to arrest random black women on the street who fit the [vague] description of the alleged perpetrator? What the hell? I realize that she is clearly a sick person. However, we also saw this in the Susan Smith case. Blaming a faceless black individual for unspeakable crimes. Why does this happen? And why did this particular woman make this decision? I have no idea, so if anyone has a clue, please let me know.
