Food: Under normal circumstances, I'll eat pretty much anything. I
love good food and love to cook. Whether it's pho multiple times
per week (the best place in the Bay Area is right near my work!),
Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Mediterranean, or pretty much anything
else doesn't matter to me - if it's good, I love it! I'm also an
amateur chef...I really enjoy the process of gathering together
great, fresh ingredients and making something beautiful from
scratch. My signature recipes are chicken and sausage gumbo to
rival any you'll find in the South, and lamb korma (East Indian
lamb stew).
