My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My apartment is full of books, board games, and house plants, all of which make me happy. I love boats, and would spend every day on the water if I could.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Recently finished college and now trying to find a way to make the best of those new skills.

Keeping busy regardless. I write, I podcast with a buddy, I always have some project on the go.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Su Do Ku. Serriously, I rule.

Other things I'm good at--though not nearly on the same level as my Su Do Ku mastery--would include procrastinating, basic math, problem solving, and making raw vegan cheesecake.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm tall. To the point where people will occasionally remark upon the fact when first meeting me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm not certain I can pick my favourite books. I'm constantly reading. These days I skew more towards non-fiction for books, and get my fiction fix through comics and television. I'm a big fan of George R.R. Martin, Arthur C. Clark, Neal Stephenson, Kurt Vonnegut, and Mary Roach.

I like big dumb blockbusters, science fiction, quiet personal dramas, comedies, and crime thrillers. I'll watch anything directed by David Fincher or Wes Anderson.

Eating good, healthful, vegan foods honestly makes me feel better, so I try to keep it tasty and simple. However, I do struggle with some fairly poor dietary habits, and I'm fairly good at baking, so I end up eating more junk than I should.

Some favourites:
- Avocado sushi
- Yam fries
- Curried chickpeas & rice
- Falafel
- French toast
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything. Though I can be easily distracted, so it's really whatever's shiney and right in front of me at the time. Metaphorically speaking, of course.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Any number of things. Hanging out with friends, watching a movie, foiling international terror plots, reading. Who's to say what might happen?

Some of those things may be more likely than others....
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure how private this is seeing as I'm fairly open about it, but a few years ago I developed rheumatoid arthritis.

My range of motion, mobility and speed are all negatively impacted. I should probably take down the picture of me rowing seeing as I can't do it anymore, though I loved it when I did.

Generally, I manage it with diet, which I've found works better than any of the perscriptions I was given. Only rarely do I experiance enough pain that I take something for it.

So yeah, not a happy or enticing thing, but still part of who I am.
