After my jaunty youth in the woods I left my tiny school of a hundred students and transferred into a high school of three thousand. This was mostly just traumatizing, but I got over it and learned how to talk to people that I hadn't known for my entire life.
Let's skip ahead a bit, shall we?
I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BA in Philosophy, focusing on cognitive science and metaphysics - specifically, how discoveries in those fields affect theories of free will and moral responsibility from a materialist viewpoint. While all of that was going on I also gave myself an education in game development and design on the side - it turns out that staring down the barrel of unemployment is a pretty good motivator (consider the relative applicability of the above topics). Fortunately that paid off, because now I work at a development studio in DTLA. I'm still sometimes amazed at how well that worked out.
Now I'm here on OKC looking to do something fun with someone fun. Fun things include but are not limited to going out on the town, eating food, going to dive bars, playing some pool, singing some karaoke, going to shows, getting altered, rock climbing, or driving to far away places... Where not fun things include name calling, angry yelling, and plate throwing - at me of course, throwing plates at other things could be great, I don't know.
Maybe we'll go out, have a drink, and have a good time. Hopefully. That, or it could be terribly awkward, and you'll do that thing where you have your friend call you fifteen minutes in and you'll have to rush home because "your cat is on fire"... girls in LA really need to take better care of their cats.
