My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, I'm Toby! I'm generally very weird, but tend to catch people off guard when I start proving I'm smarter than I look... Especially when I launch into debates about politics, philosophy, or society as a whole. I love my eyes, cos they're blue with a brown streak in one eye, and it's always fun when people notice it :P
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
To be honest, not an awful lot, and I like it that way. The people who focus on a specific goal for their life at the exclusion of everything else usually seem to end up burnt out or missing out on a lot of life, and I know what that's like all too well. So I'm slowing things down a bit, taking it easy! :P
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Most things computery, random trivia about computer games, anime, and Red Dwarf, procrastination, and computer games too!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My maniacal laughter! It can be heard from great distances!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
In terms of TV, I don't watch it much these days, although Will and Grace and Red Dwarf are big faves of mine, as is Psych. I also like a fair few quizcoms, with Mock the Week and Have I Got News For You being my favourites. Oh, and Top Gear, but that's because I love seeing Jeremy and co. muck about in fast cars (or crap cars they had to buy on a ridiculously small budget).

I don't read that much to be honest, though I loved the Harry Potter series, and Digital Fortress (by Dan Brown) was one I found surprisingly good.

As for movies, the Lord of the Rings trilogy is always one of my faves, as is Bill and Ted (EXCELLENT! :P). Other than that, I tend to prefer action and comedy movies (I loved Wreck It Ralph!)

Music I generally judge by ear, i.e. if I hear a song I like, I'll try and find out what band it is and find more of their music, but as a rule anything Rock or Metal, though sometimes Electronic too (especially Daft Punk).

Finally, food. Anything but fruit and veg thanks! =P But especially chocolate, I love chocolate!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My laptop, my mobile, my wallet (it has monies!), a decent Internet connection, a comfy chair, and a good pair of shoes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Thinking, oddly enough. I overthink things a lot too.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Playing computer games, and/or chatting to friends online.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't like women who are really skinny, they just seem really unhealthy to me.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have a good sense of humour, and like weirdness and randomness (I've had many a conversation that winds up with someone saying "How the hell did we end up here??")
