My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey. So, I love reading and baking. One day I'd love to be a professional cake decorator. But for now I'm studying with the Open University from home. I love what I study, because it covers range of different things. I'm pretty easy going, and quite a bit of a nerd. I love reading, and playing computer games. I'd actually love to write the script for computer games, that's my back up if my cake decorator plan falls through.

I love learning new things, and going to new places, although I don't get out as much as I wish I did. Baking and cooking is my life, and now so is my amazing girlfriend. I couldn't live without her and my life is so amazing with her in it, so I'm not on here to look for a relationship. I am, however, looking for friends. I really struggle to get out of the house at times, so I have trouble socializing in the conventional ways, so I'm out to make friends. I am lactose intolerant though, which means I can't have milk, but there's plenty of ways around it when you're always baking yummy cakes like I am. I make a mean honey, lemon and ginger cake.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm studying at uni level with the Open University. I'm studying a degree in English literature with specialization in Creative Writing, all the while trying to practice my awesome cake skills, to become a Mega cake decorator/chocolatier/confectioner. The rest of my time is spent with my gorgeous girlfriend.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at cooking, but more specifically baking. Seriously, I kick ass at it. I love making little sugar paste characters too. I once made a cake to look like Doctor Who's Tardis. It was basic, but it was there. I'm good at listening, and I'll do my damned best to help someone in need, or someone that just needs to talk and needs listening to. I'm not all that sure on all my good qualities. I'm a nice person, and I'm good at being polite. I'd also like to think I'm funny. Like, stand up comedian funny. But I know that's not true. It is a nice thought though. I've also got a very good imagination. And I'm really great at wishful thinking. I can't help but see the best in people, even when they've proven that I shouldn't.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
How short I am. But they also tend to notice my smile. I'm usually always smiling, and it's a big cheese grin that's always slapped on my face.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Tv shows: Ace of Cakes, Dexter, Buffy, Falling Skies, Family Guy, Monty Python, The Walking Dead, (But I prefer the comic.)

Books: Christopher Moore, Tom Holt, Philip Pullman, Terry Pratchett, C.S. Lewis, Markus Heitz. I love all the works by those authors. I like the Harry Potter books, and I like he Twilight books. But I make up for that by liking and frequently reading classics such as Dickens and Oscar Wilde, so I'm sure I can be forgiven.

I really love Asian cinema. But I also like Cool Runnings, Remember Me and the Star Wars movies.

I basically like anything that's fantasy or sci-fi as long as it isn't too scary.

When it comes to music, I love rock. I really like classic rock though, like T-Rex and The Who. I also quite like Cee Lo Green. I like a wide variety of music, but my go to is always rock music.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A book. Probably something by Christopher Moore or Tom Holt.
My girlfriend. I love her more than anything in the world and I don't know how I functioned without her.
My teddybear, called Winnie that my Nan-Nan bought me before she died.
My family and friends. They're very important to me.
My creativity. I'd be distraught if I ever lost my need to create.
Cake and a good cup of tea. <3
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My future. My studies. My life in general. And I spend a lot of time thinking about writing. I've constantly got my head stuck in one book or another, or a notebook trying to get my novel written. Even if it only ever ends up being for my own personal achievement.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Cuddled up with my girlfriend, Jess, either at her house or mine and usually watching some sad movie or Dexter or something, relaxing and getting ready for the weekend!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm scared of the things I might screw up, but I'm even more excited about making everything come together and work.
