So if you haven't noticed yet, I am presently spoken for by my lovely lady santwon. I am still however down to make more friends of both genders, thus my continued existence here.
Originally from KS, moved here for grad school in 2008. I am finishing my MA in Family Therapy. My family and friends are very important to me.
Grew up with both parents in the army, I spent most of my residence in Kansas, although in 12 years of grade school, I attended 11 different schools. It has given me quite a knowledge base on how to pack, though I hate moving. I've never lived anywhere more than 4 years. Was also intermittently raised by my grandparents.
I received my BA in Psychology with minors in French and Philosophy (with moral emphasis). My studies took me abroad to France in 2005. I made a return trip to Europe in 2008 for an extended vacation. I must admit I find foreign cultures fascinating and languages alluring. I also enjoy road trips, camping, bowling, frisbee, chess, and fishing. I also enjoy many games like dominoes and scrabble.
Music is my world and writing is my best friend. My life is the cinema, and thus I try hard to see every movie that comes out. I also have an eye for the performing arts- theatre, opera, ballet, interpretive dance, I enjoy the aesthetics of dance, movement, and choreography. I love piano, I took my hand at playing, but it wasn't in the cards. I can appreciate listening though, and I admire those with the musical, artistic and photographic talents. I love thunderstorms and frequently sing to myself when I'm alone. For a random note, I collect dragons. I tend to geek out for moral philosophy and almost always have an opinion to offer to any given subject.
I have facebook and also do instant messaging on Skype and can provide my username upon request. Meeting new people is a hobby of mine, as is experiencing new things. I'm rather straightforward with how I handle myself.
