My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just recently had a debate about Pie vs. Cake. After years of assuming I was a Cake Party Liner, realized I was actually a Covert Pie Op. Go figure. I've always been seen two ways: an old soul, and yet incredibly innocent. I embody dichotomy. I'm an artist and a writer, words and pictures in tandem. I'm a voracious and itinerant reader, no fixed genre or subject. I've been fortunate to have a career in art since I first set my mind to it. I have an eclectic group of friends, which I hope means I'm very tolerant and accepting.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
UPDATE: Recently have had the honor in multiple arenas to work with incredible talents. Helping adapt a well-known popular author's work to a graphic novel. Another book I worked on last year got nominated for several Eisners, noted as the Oscar of the Comic Book Industry. And I just got a gig drawing a popular comic book character being adapted as a cartoon show. So, sort of have moved past working to live, into enjoying working quite a lot. Still incomplete, though, so come over and introduce yourselves. :)

Working to live. Considering where I'm at and where I want to be. Built a fantabulous jangly career in sequential art, and now creating a batch of stories that I'll write, draw or both. I want to be really good at deconstructing that one-of-a-kind dish at the recommended restaurant to make it later at home. It's a tasty experiment in progress with some spectacular finds.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Graphic design, infomining, engaging new people in conversation, being a good listener, and sometimes making that remark that makes someone snort with laughter. Usually with their lip on the glass. :D
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Usually my blue eyes. Sometimes people have this impression they recognize me from somewhere -- then they realize I remind them of Robin Hood. Juuuuust kidding. But, I do get recognized a lot for someone else. Just one o' those faces.

you enjoy laughing about stuff I write. Or if you think you can get me to snort when I laugh. Or if you just walked off a comic book page -- that's never happened before. ;)
