My self-summary
Let's try that again... (Draft 3)

Ok, if you have something like, "I don't like writing these things," or, "I don't know what to write," or any number of lame cop-out intros, get over yourself, you're on here, so write something.

The hardest part of any essay is the intro. I feel that that sums up my personality pretty well, I find it difficult to make the decision to get started, but once I do, it's easy sailing from there!

Can't decide where to go to dinner? Neither can I. I like too many restaurants to make an easy decision!

Don't know where to go when you're out of town/on vacation? Me either. Ask a local!

I just moved to a different part of the city and couldn't be more excited about it! Mostly because my commute has gone from an hour and a half to five minutes!
What I’m doing with my life
Sometimes I practice my guitar for four hours a day, just because.

I do not own a Polo shirt because ew!

I am contradictory.

I have one piece of art... but it's super cool!

Making acoustic versions of metal songs. Somebody find me a 7-string acoustic!
I’m really good at
-eating small portions
-staying fit
-talking to people
-being a little too honest
-pretending like I'm listening
-buying things on Amazon
-mixing in fake "facts" with actual facts
-taking vitamins
-remembering the lines in Zoolander, apparently!
The first things people usually notice about me
From what I've heard, the first thing people notice about me is my teeth/smile.

I don't know, you tell me!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Ah, my favorites...

Books: The first three books of the Ender series. The Sword of Truth Novels by Terry Goodkind. Most Stephen King novels, particularly the Dark Tower series. Basically, I like series because I like to have something to look forward to! I have recently decided that I need to read more... and not just sci-fi/fantasy. So, help me out! Suggest something!

TV: Psych, American Dad, Mad Men, Eureka was fun (but the science was, shall we say, bad?) Archer, The X-files, Family Guy, Wilfred.... lot's of shows, really.

Movies: Comedy and Horror are the genre that I particularly enjoy, especially when they're combined. Shaun of the Dead is a good example, as is Birdemic because I think it is empirically the worst movie ever thrust upon the unsuspecting masses of Netflix!

Music: This is where I'm supposed to put all those indy bands you've never heard of... well fuck that, I like rock. Incubus, Foo Fighters, Tool, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Dear Hunter, Coheed and Cambria, Periphery, TesseracT, Elton John, Billy Joel, Skyharbor, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Further Seems Forever, Ozzy, Phil Keaggy, Boston, Eric Johnson, AFI, Foreigner, Steve Vai... and so on.

Food: All
The six things I could never do without
Water (and lots of it!)
A guitar
Comfortable shoes
My Family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-I get songs stuck in my head and think about how to play them... then I play them (or learn how to) when I have time.
-What my next step should be.
-Why don't I have a tie that goes with this shirt?
-I need some shoes that are more casual... and aren't all black.
-You'd think the world would have had enough of silly love songs.
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday nights im getting home from work late and going to sleep for work the next day, but Saturdays are spent either out with some friends or home playing guitar because sometimes it's nice to stay in! Though i don't really have a "typical" thing I do on any specific evening, that would be too predictable!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I hate to dance. I feel totally awkward and become very self-conscious... It's not a good look for me.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 24–33
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You aren't offended by sarcasm.

If you can play this, then we need to talk...

If you're ambitious, enthusiastic and hard working.
