I am dramatic, bubbly, and flirty.

My Self-Summary

Hey,

I'm a 19 year old thespette, I love good food, good company and great conversation. Just moved into my new room in a new flat in London as I've got a place on LAMDA's foundation course. (London Academy of Musical and Dramatic Arts for those less in the know)

As you might've guessed, coming to the big city from a tiny place up north called Kendal is a little daunting seeing as I know no-one, so give me a shout and make me feel welcome ;)

That said I'm really happy to hear from people all over! So long as you can spell and use correct grammar, that's the only stipulation ;)

What I’m doing with my life

Well.. as above really! Moved to London (first time away from home *sob*) and about to start my foundation course at LAMDA and start a part time job on Kensington High Street!

The big plans are to be lighting up the West End and Broadway alike in plays and musicals some day!

I’m really good at

Well I have been told I'm good at acting.. Just once or twice you understand.. Oh and singing.. And occasionally dancing.. I also love to cook, read, draw, design costumes, write short stories and plays..

The first things people usually notice about me

That I'm unconciously singing or humming to various soundtracks.. It generally keeps them amused!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Rebecca by Daphne DuMaurier, also the Alfred Hitchcock film.. Lolita, Lord of the Rings, anything by Shakespeare, I could list hundreds of musicals here but I'll save your poor eyes.. You've probably figured I kind of like them by now..
Music wise I actually have quite varied taste.. From Mika to Metallica! I do have a rather large soft spot for Cole Porter, Ella Fitzgerald and the like.. Oooh Judi Garland too! I defy anyone to listen to her version of "Smile" and not bawl like a baby.. Or maybe that's just me..
Anyway!
It's all completely relative to mood. Food's the same for me, I love trying new things.

The six things I could never do without

Family, Friends, Laptop, Sex - be honest, could you?!, My Book, CD and DVD collections, Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream..

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Everything! Music, Life, death, theatre.. How I'll remake various well known films and adaptations..

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually sat at home with the laptop on blasting out an original cast recording whilst I learn lines/songs or scribble and pretend I'm designing for different shows.. It's also when I do most of my 'relaxation' reading and writing. I go out now and then, though I'm not into the getting pissed for the sake of it scene. A few drinks and going to see a decent film or bit of theatre is ideal.. Or just pizza, a bottle of wine and a dvd!

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have ME.. It's *so* not a big deal, just means I have a great excuse to sleep more when I've done too much :)

You should message me if

You've not been scared off by how much theatre and drama rules my life! I like people who have a good sense of humour and an intelligent disposition.. People who have something original to say always win favour quickly!
