I will firstly note, I am a freelance confection maker, (patissier) as in I bake for friends parties or in some cases cater for small events...currently working on a Halon themed wedding cake (interesting I will admit!) I also do a bit of landscaping. Alongside that I have various other jobs I partake in, so I guess it could be said that I am a jack of trades.

I am a PSU student aiming for my medical degree in anesthesiology, currently my major is listed as biology. I intend to specialize in cardiology after I get my anesthetist doctorate.

I have been training for an event coming up in June, so fitness is a major point for me. For those curious it is called "Tough Mudder", basically bootcamp for a day....but a good way to test one's limits.
I am a bit nerdy at times; I'll play video games, but prefer a good movie! I love to talk philosophy, and ideals of mankind vs. their functionality. I also often become enthralled in discussions about music, art, or the recent technology finds! I seek and thrive off of intellectual banter....be it talks of philosophy or random historic snippets. If perhaps you share similar interests, we can discuss different varying matters.

For me the challenge of finding those to have in depth conversations with about the variances of life, and it's intricacies is harder than I would like. I love thoughts of existentialism, and questions pertaining to if mankind fumbles blindy ad noctum, where shalt we end up?

I am very dedicated to those who are close to me, as I prefer to be the shoulder others can lean on when in need. Therefore I often tend to get the short end of the stick if I reach out too easily.....thus I am very cautious about new people.

I spend a lot of time trying to be chivalrous (without going too far or crossing boundaries), but I also find strong independent women to be really fun to have around.

I am currently working on my pre-med degree to be a cardiology specialized anesthesiologist. So currently I am enrolled in PSU, then after OHSU likely.

Working on one of the many forms of which I make money, carpentry, being a "freelance" patissier, or designing clothing. I learned many of these skills from my family as they have always been about try and succeed in whatever you do.

I intend to open a bar by March of next year hopefully so that I can have something a bit more solid backing medical book funds. By that I mean, the less financial aid to rely on the better....we all know how that pans out for doctors! Highest student loans in the nation!

I would love to meet open minded people who don't judge others due to silly things....like race, gender, or anything inherent that one cannot change.

I truly wish to meet open minded friendly people, that have a quick wit, and desire for learning more in life. I am not shy to say a woman that is quick of wit, and strong of word and heart is a majorly attractive and appealing person to me. I always dedicate my time to learning new things and so a person who can enjoy that, or partake in shared activities is someone I will truly value.

How my glasses have no rims, thus seem abnormally thick
I look a lot smaller than I weigh...genetically I shoulda been 6ft...didn't happen obviously!

I enjoy a lot of older novels like, Musashi, Shakespeare, Culai Heritage, and a number of old world books. I also quite enjoy many DAW publishing Sci-fi books, usually those entailing magic and the like the space ones...don't pique my interest often.

Movies:
Horror, comedy, action, comedy-romance, noir, classic, every type really. I usually end up watching a lot of movies from foreign countries for the culture and language immersion. The ones that come to mind are Labyrinth, Advent Children, Yes Man, Goemon,Romeo+Juliet, Seven Samurai, The Fast and The Furious movies, V for Vendetta, Hansel & Gretel, Nightmare Before Christmas, and GTO.

Shows:
I am not one for tv so much as commercials annoy me so thankfully...the internet exists, but I do like Lost Girl, Supernatural, Asian dramas, some anime (Generally anything that doesn't go too far from eventful things...I.e mostly prefer those that question the human id, persona or existence). I do not watch that much of it anymore however due to schedule. Mythbusters, Masterpiece Theater on OPB, Flashpoint (come on now...it has ex Pranger Kimberly!).

Music:
I love music of all types, (except country) I do have a huge collection of songs over 30,000 and growing. I am usually found as of late listening to Jazz, Kpop, EBM, Industrial, Classical, or Opera. My interests vary upon season, I don''t let "mainstream gossip" affect my choices. A HUGE part of my collection is based in foreign music, Bhangra, French tektonik, German rock, Nordic rock, Celtic, traditional Japanese music, a lot of the time if it sounds like something I would wander the countryside listening to....I love it.

Food:
Vegetarian food (I'm a vegetarian :D, surprise! )
cheesecake, pizza, some Greek food, Mexican food, Chinese, Japanese, and SOME Korean are just some of the foods I like...or make. I loveeeeeee cooking for people, friends, family, dates whoever....any excuse to cook really.

Laughter, be it what I induce or what I partake in.
Goals, my future is with high hopes of being a philanthropist. A doctor may be my career but I want to help those who cannot help themselves...or even those who just need a nudge.
Friends, who can truly say that this world would be better off without them? Mine have helped me through some seriously harsh patches of life....so while I may not be the type that has 500 friends on social networks....those I have would do what is needed in a snap.
Family, as I am of mixed decent I cannot trly say I identify with one or another specific culture...if anything I love to explore and learn about the varying ones that make up my ethnic background.
Activities to keep me busy, I often find that developing or trying new skills will constantly keep one able to gain a vast alternative perspective on life, and things therein.
Knowledge If I cannot learn something new of use, or import every day then I try to discover something on my own!

I am usually hanging out with friends, or doing homework...last case scenario I am doing one of the following

I am shy, and I am not one to opt for things of sexual nature without given good reason. That being said, it's not that I don't like it....I just prefer cuddling.
The second most personal thing is that I treasure my niece to death she is a special needs child but a sweetheart. So whenever a chance arises to help my family give her better opportunities to learn or gain new skills I am first if not second to spearheading it.

ANY of the following reasons:
You are an interesting person, with a good sense of humor. Otherwise perhaps you are a unique individual with an interesting outlook on life.
You don't judge someone for silly reasons.
You want a friend who will cook for you just because.
You can focus on topics of intellectual merit for longer than 5 seconds.
