My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a down-to-earth kind of a guy and looking for a girl who can match my easy going personality. My three passions are fitness, music and travel. My job as a personal trainer (read: biomechanics geek) allows me to stay active and help others find fitness and health in their lives. When I get home, however, I like to unwind by playing my guitar, produce/record music, watch TV or play a video game. A couple times a year, I am lucky enough to be able to travel internationally with nothing else but a backpack on my person. Traveling on a shoestring has taught me a lot about myself and I look forward to more travel in the years to come.

I also practice yoga regularly (acro yoga, anyone?), and enjoy gymnastics, camping, slacklining, Olympic weightlifting, fly fishing, scuba diving, swimming, rock climbing, disc golf, trampolining, and any general frolicking aboutedness!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
In June 2012, I broke away from the corporate gym world and started my own personal training business. Most of my time is spent fostering and growing my private business as I continue to help others reach their true potential.

I finished my yoga teacher training in August 2014 and am now starting to teach classes in addition to personal training.

I've also recently made an effort to have more music in my life. This means spending time creating music on my own as well as connecting with other fellow musicians to collaborate and produce all styles of music from acoustic, electronic, downtempo, to hip-hop and meditative/healing. Music has brought me much joy in my life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Bringing people together
-Entertaining myself
-Humming along to any song I'm listening to.
-Hand standing at the drop of a hat
-Cheesy puns/humor
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I seem older than I actually am. Once I'm comfortable around somewhere, however, I'm a pretty goofy guy.

Wow, where do I begin?
I like more outdoor adventure books ('Into the Wild', 'Into Thin Air', 'Last American Man') and crime thrillers. I've also been know to dabble in some Sci-Fi ('Ender's Game') and I do enjoy nonfiction to get the brain juices flowing.

Most of the time I like to sit back and watch an entertaining movie, so action and comedy are good picks, but I love geeking out to a good documentary from time to time. Here are some of my all time favorites though: The Big Lebowski, American Beauty, Lost in Translation.

The Office, Parks and Rec, Dexter, Californication, Workaholics, Game of Thrones, Archer, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Arrested Development, Breaking Bad, Community, Homeland, How I Met Your Mother, Southland, Newsroom, The Walking Dead, Sons of Anarchy, That 70s Show, Sherlock, House of Cards.

Oh wow, this could be a big list. I'm most drawn toward rock and Classic rock with downtempo/chill electronic coming second. I also really enjoy many jazz and blues styles as well as classical works. I've been expanding my taste in other musical areas such as hip-hop and country, but I don't care to listen to top 40 music.

EDIT: Muse, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, The Strokes, The Black Keys, RJD2, Ratatat, Pretty Lights, AIR, People Under The Stairs, Bonobo, Dream Theater, Wes Montgomery, BB King, AC/DC, C2C, Cake, Quantic, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Daft Punk, Dr. Dre, Thievery Corporation, Zero 7, Incubus, Glitch Mob, Eric Clapton, CCR, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Gabriele y Rodrigo, Jphn Mayer, Band of Horses, Weezer, The Sea and Cake, Beck, Mutemath, Wax Tailor, NIN, Spitfire, Gorillaz, Avalanches, Deadmau5, Justice, U2, Caravan Palace, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Explosions in the Sky, MGMT, Bach, Debussy, Scott Joplin, Chopin, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Brahms, Dave Brubeck, Vampire Weekend, Sigur Ros, Royksopp, The Raconteurs, Nightmares on Wax, Mumford and Sons, Gotan Project... Is that eclectic enough?

Podcasts: Radiolab, This American Life, BATPOS (does it count if this is my own?)

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Exercise
2. Music
3. Yoga
4. Humor
5. Coffee and Kale Omelets in the morning (and I mean, just about every!)
6. Computer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
-My next musical idea
-How to better balance my extroverted work life with my introverted personal life.
-Where my next trip going to be
-How I can build a tiny house
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
After a long week of working early morning/late nights, an ideal Friday night is kicking back, relaxing and making music or watching a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not really private, but I HATE gum. Wierd I know, but it's one of those things that grosses me out to no end.

I don't follow any sports. (although I'm not opposed to them, I just never got into it)

I have seen my fair share of musicals and am not afraid to burst out into song.

you are a down-to-earth girl that enjoys being active, but also appreciates the more mellow side of things; The kind of girl that doesn't need to go out and party all weekend, and instead, enjoy a day hiking, slacklining out in the park or just lounging by the pool.
