My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
San Diego native who is surprised Mexican food can be so different in the same state.

Easygoing nerd, perpetual student. Seems like I've been in school my entire life, probably not going to change for a few years.

While I've always enjoyed school I am really looking forward to being able to work, make some money, and do what I really enjoy. What I really enjoy right now is spending time with good friends, a stiff drink with good company, and rolling oddly shaped dice.

I've never been good at describing myself so I'll just mention some of my hobbies:
-Playing Dungeons and Dragons with my San Diego friends over Skype
-Strumming on my guitar
-Watching strange shows in Japanese
-Playing and realizing that I'm horrible at video games, but still enjoying them.
-Just spending time with friends and family and enjoying the good times.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
All done with my nursing program! All I have I do is take boards now to get my license!

Now the plan is to get a job and work while I try to get into a RN program Nd further my education.

Seems like I will always have more schooling to do so I will just enjoy time I have off for now.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
In no particular order:

-Drunk cooking
-Playing guitar
-Singing poorly while playing guitar
-Putting off folding laundry
-Teaching children of various ages martial arts
-Playing devil's advocate
-Eating, breathing, sleeping
-Only remembering parts of the chorus of songs
-Not being clean shaven

Glasses, horrible blue scrubs (or basically transparent white scrubs), varying stages of beard.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books
Stephen King, the Dark Tower series
Song of Ice and Fire, audiobooks count right?
It's funny, as much as I like high fantasy and sci fi as genres I really haven't read any books from them.

Movies
I can't remember the last time I went out to see a movie, costs too much.
Movies I did enjoy though are Serenity, Man on Fire, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Inception, Shutter Island, Pinapple Express, Anchorman, pretty much anything by studio Ghibli, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, horrible (amazing) Kung Fu theatre, anything with gunslingers and/or samurai and I am sold.

TV
I don't really watch much TV, anything I'm interested in I catch online
Firefly, Regular Show, Adventure Time, Archer, Game of Thrones.

Music
I listen to a pretty wide range of music, heavy metal to rap to opera.
The Sword, Graveyard, Tenacios D, CCR, Johnny Cash (about as country as I will get though), Bob Dylan, Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, Black Sabbath, Dio, Cake, Dead Kennedys, Electric Six, I kinda listen to dubstep from time to time but it's really hit and miss for me.

Food
Anything that doesn't have mushrooms, ketchup, mayo, or mustard. I love me a good burrito.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
These are more things I wouldn't want to live without
1) My family
2) My friends
3) Good music
4) Delicious food
5) Internet
6) The ability to do what makes me happy
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Conversations that will never happen, scenarios that are equally unlikely to happen, how insignificant everything is when you realize how large the universe is but then not caring cause I have to get gas for my car, what motivates people to do what they do, what exactly I want out of life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Thanks to my school schedule my Fridays are on Sunday, and Sunday is D&D night. That means I get on Skype with my friends in San Diego and pretend to be wizards and stuff. Its good fun, even better with a beer or two.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I enjoy making scarves when I should be studying for tests.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You would describe anything you read as "cool" or "rad" or other such positive words, you enjoy making weird faces at people when they talk, or if reading "pretending to be wizards" didn't make you check the fuck out.
