How does one characterize oneself? It's a difficult thing.

It could be "Gay ex-Catholic recent college grad who doesn't exactly know what the rest of life holds right now."

Or, how about "Difficult to get to know and a big standoffish/arrogant at first but really warm and fun-loving, also enjoys making people laugh and making peculiar observations about the bizarre world in which we find ourselves."

Or something else, like "Prizes intelligence and wit above almost all else, for better and for worse, probably going to become a professor in another life (if not this one)."

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

Double major in English and Theater. Graduated May 2007. Teaching for a bit this summer, then heading to the University of Pittsburgh for an MA program this fall. Theater history, dramatic lit, dramaturgy.

If you don't know what dramaturgy is, look it up.

I really like teaching, despite the fact that it pays less then splendidly and your days are usually long and stressful.

Writing, singing, correcting grammar/editing, making dirty jokes, random outbursts, making strange comments, cooking pad thai, thinking, making the best of the worst situation, making the worst out of the best situation, most things musical, explaining things
