What I’m doing with my life

I am the mother of 2 beautiful girls. One getting ready for college and one trying to get through middle school.

09/16/2009 - She who is oldest has settled into college quite well, and has had another birthday... whoo hoo. :) The youngest is so far having a great 7th grade year.

I’m really good at

being a mother and a friend. I read ALOT! I am mechanically adept. When I am not busy, yeah right (lol), I like to crochet as well.

The first things people usually notice about me

I think people notice my smile. I think everyone deserves notice. I work at looking people in the face and truly acknowledging their existence.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Love most all Books, movies, and even music. I am not a fan of horror. As for foods, simple but good is the ticket for me. I like pasta and cheese probably best of all.
