I tend to eat healthy, look for the silver lining and stay active. I was raised a country mouse, yet have a kindred connection with urban living. I enjoy costumed antics like Burning Man and unique city excursions like theater on a bus or nightlife at a museum.
I amuse myself by noticing the idiosyncratic aspects of our modern life (look those stairs are carrying people) or escaping into the woods for calming creeks and the smell of redwoods (there is something in every direction of this amazing city).
Whether on an intercontinental backpacking trip, camping with close friends, or on a weekend getaway to a nice resort, it's all about the experience, the people you love and those you meet along the journey.
