I'm a musician / artist / bookstore clerk / student in Athens. That should say it all. The only crucial stuff is that I'm super liberal and I hate libertarians and I hate racist white people and I hate misogynists and especially people that talk about "political correctness" or "reverse racism"; you're an idiot if you think those are real problems. I also hate people that think exploiting the third world for profit and affluence is awwwwright. If any of these things are turn offs for you then you probably shouldn't talk to me. Most "literature" is boring to me now but when I did like it I liked Haruki Murakami and not much else. I like graphic novels if they're good and they're not Frank Miller fantasizing about ninja prostitutes or some dumb shit like that. I read a lot of Modernist poetry.

Now I read a lot of nonfiction, social science related books. I've been fucking devouring them since I started working in a book store. So far the best one I've ever read is definitely Lies My Teacher Told Me by Jim Loewen.

I like weird shitty movies mainly. I haven't gone to see a movie in theaters for ages.

I like local music in Athens. I like all the Elephant 6 stuff and the Microphones and the Magnetic Fields and Belle and Sebastian and a million other bands.

Fuck food.
