Things are ever changing, but I will try and stick to the point. I am pretty liberal, depending upon the particular subject, borderline radical. There are no words to express the anger when I see these confused old men on capital hill who think they have the right to tell you how you are not allowed to care for your own body. If the conservatives really want smaller government they need to realize the idiotic hypocritical nature of trying to force their oppressive religious ideals on the entire country by law. Most of my goals in life are pretty sustainably minded as I foresee a considerable amount of instability in the future. The age of cheap oil is over, renewable energy will help, but its only a drop in the bucket. With political corruption at an all time high, I sincerely doubt any of our elected officials have the ability to cope with ever increasing energy prices and the continuously crumbling infrastructure that has become our country. For this same reason I cannot in good conscious bring a child into a world I do not have faith in, so the thought of reproducing is a pretty distant one at this point as well. If you happen to find intelligence to be a turn on then I promise not to disappoint, I have this strange urge to understand the mechanism of action behind pretty much everything in existence, from the microscopic to the astronomic. Ideally I would like to find a few dozen acres of land out in the country side to homestead on. I have made a good share of biodiesel in the fuel lab at the college and worked with several large scale solar projects at this point so I am pretty excited to get started on my own infrastructure.

I spend a decent amount of time working while the world economy is still in tact! Dreams can be kind of expensive to build. I spend most of my time doing Research and Development for the commercial industry. My last project was doing electrochemical metallurgical research for a start up company that makes corrosion inhibiting products. They recently decided to relocate so I cashed in my share of the company and am just consulting in RTP until I find a new venture worth perusing.

Napping, and snuggling if you will join me. Also fixing things and building things from scratch, like milling a steam engine from metal castings, also woodworking, electronics, plumbing, architecture, you name it.

Recovering, I work pretty hard during the week.

Every night when I dream, it always occurs across a very large, but always the same geographical playing field. It has been happening for the last 6 years and I can sketch out a map of this virtual world like it was my home town at this point.
