My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, My name is Tom.

As far as what I'm looking for from this friendly site ( and yes, that is sarcasm). Well, I'm looking for a forever. Does that even exist? I'm not too sure anymore. I mean let's face it in our prior relationships, we were promised everything. Including a forever, guess that didn't work because here we are.

So after the relationship fails (even though you gave all you had). You're left with nothing but another scar and a little more jade. It makes you sit back and wonder, why in the world am I trying this again? I guess mostly because in order to get to heaven, you have to go through hell.

For me, hell would describe my last two relationships. This would also be the only two times in my life; I ever felt true love. I guess I'm hoping third time will be a charm, but you never can tell.

Relationships can be a struggle, and they really shouldn't be. We have all been there ( the three months of bliss, then it turns into a nightmare). Wouldn't it be nice if a relationship stayed as good as it did for the first three months? I wish they did, but in the beginning, we as people focus on trying to impress one another. We don't act like ourselves; we try so hard to hook one another. And when you finally get hooked... That's when the true colors come out. It seems like after that three-month mark that sweet, nice and caring person, turns into a monster, one of which you no longer recognize (I have been through this far too many times).

So what I'm looking for is someone who is not like that. I'm looking for someone who will stay true to whom they are from the first date right up until and beyond the three-month mark...

Someone who is honest, knows what she wants in life and relationship. Someone who knows what it means to be part of a relationship. However, if you're honest, and faithful I will be happy.

As far as I go... Well, I can try to sell myself, say I'm a down-to-earth guy. Say that I'm the greatest man you will ever meet. I can try to make myself out to be better than the rest (but that's for you to decide). I will say pertaining to myself, I'm human and I make mistakes. I'm not perfect and never will be. I'm a man who has been hurt, and is hoping to not be hurt again. I'm someone (who if I'm treated properly), will do whatever it takes to make you happy. It takes respect to get respect, If you are good to me well, then you will be given the same treatment.

So I guess if you want to get to know more, feel free to write.
