My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I just got back from the Quantified-Self LA Meetup on Total Nerdfest. I love it.

It's 11:15pm and my "Go the f*ck to sleep" reminder just went off. I usually ignore it then fall asleep around 1am annoyed that it's so late. I like to get up early to run or surf.

Yeah I travel, too. India was horrible/amazing.

This is my favorite Jack Handy quote: "Winners never quit, and quitters never win, but if you never win and never quit, you're an idiot."

It's funny how almost every woman on OKC explicitly states that flexing shirtless in the mirror is unacceptable. Ok Fine. I'll take down the photos of my abs if you take down the photos of your duck-face. Deal?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I help people create healthier habits. (Definitely message me if you use a Fitbit, Nike FuelBand, or a Jawbone UP)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Ping-pong backhand slams
Long-drive competitions
Deep back rubs
Finding the last patch of untracked powder in the trees.
Visualizing data
Instagram filter selection

I make superfood smoothies every morning and do the paleo/slow-carb thing. However, on Saturdays I binge on dark chocolate-covered, peanut-butter-filled pretzels. Damn, I love that salty-sweet thang. Ever dip Wendy's fries in a Frosty? know what I'm talkin bout. BTW, I do not eat fast food anymore (except Jimmy John's).

Today's Jam:
I gravitate towards soul and hip-hop mixed with some EDM. Think Otis Redding, Outkast, SBTRKT, etc. I can't stop listening to the new Bonobo...

The Wire, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Daily Show, Colbert Report, The Royal Tenenbaums, True Romance, It's All Gone Pete Tong, Pootie Tang!, The Big Lebowski, Ghostbusters (and everything else with Bill Murray)

I plow through audio books. 70 hours of Atlas Shrugged was nothing. However I mostly listen to a lot of entrepreneur and spiritual/self-help stuff.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Actually, I often fantasize about getting rid of everything I own and focussing on the important stuff. This sums it up:

...but then there's coconut water, Mary's Gone Crackers slathered in goat cheese and fig jelly, my new road bike, my Blendtec, my new Retina MBP, and my old Cadillac.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
random funny sh*t
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Surfing under a full moon
Building a couch fort and watching Game of Thrones
Getting drunk and playing Jenga
Pan-searing a filet with a red wine reduction
Fixing bugs
Creepin OKC like a boss
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't read.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You act on your passions and goals. You DO NOT have profile pictures of you wearing Uggs. You're hard to define. You can talk shit. You're honest, even when it hurts. And, most importantly, you can see positive opportunities in any situation (Negative Nancies will be poked with a pointy stick).
