Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I always find describing yourself in 4000 characters or (what
should be) "fewer" rather difficult. I mean, I'm a complex person
with multiple interests, beliefs, and values. We all are. But if
you want to know a little bit more, I'm a vinyasa-practicing yogi,
a budding world traveler, a crossfitter and indoor
boulderer/climber (is it too much to ask to find a guy whose hands
are as rough and calloused as mine own), a bit of a grammar guru
and punctuation stickler (I'm a master of the parenthetical
expression, a tool I use FAR too frequently), and a pretty damn
loyal friend. And, oh yeah, I also answer to the name of Chris.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Strong drugs for bad bugs....that's what I do.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Let's see if any of this piques your interest: making all different
types of people feel comfortable, getting things done on a deadline
(more of a necessity given a small procrastination problem),
choosing a restaurant, choosing an antibiotic, "[lifting] things up
and [putting] them down again," burpees, balancing on my head
(actually a work in progress), saluting the sun, using 20 words
when one will do, taking care of those around me...
I hope that's good enough.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I took a poll of my colleagues - apparently, the resounding
response was that I'm very approachable. Love the colleagues.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'll probably skip this section when reading your own but if you
are really that interested....
Music: either what I call instrumental goodness or anything I can
Song: Carry on Wayward Son
Yoga Pose: Ardha Chandrasana
Food: Vosges Chocolate
Book: I could sooner choose a favorite star in the heavens.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) some sort of physical activity (Xfit, Yoga, Indoor
2) An active wifi connection...how sad.
3) "The inner-inner circle"
4) The Fam
5) Kindle (in the interest of full disclosure, I sleep with it
6) Antimicrobials (it's a professional thing, I swear)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My personal goals. I've grown up in the past year or so (hard to
believe for someone who just celebrated the "now second anniversary
of his 29th birthday"). I've realized that I haven't been giving
enough attention to them; moreover, I didn't even know if I knew
what they were. And I realized that, sure, I can remain independent
and free-thinking even in a relationship. So that became at least
one of them. There are more, and they've all taken precedence over
being so professionally driven.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Friday's are often my recovery day, but that doesn't preclude the
occasional post-work WOD or climb. Then it usually progresses to
dinner and drinks in the downtown and art gallery areas of the
city. Occasionally, involves a theatre performance or what have
you. And then, sometimes, my weeknights have left me so exhausted,
I want nothing more than my couch and my playstation controller
come Friday. It's a rough life...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Isn't it enough that I answered all those crazy questions
