Looking for my partner in crime.

I'm in South Portland, Maine until mid August. I love it here but this length of time is slowly wearing on my sanity. I grew up here but I go to school in NY. Yes, I use "wicked" as a substitute for "really/very/so". In other words: I'm a small town soul with a big city mind.

I'm about to be a senior acting major at Adelphi University. On the side, I'm improving my writing and my photography.

I'd love to go into the city every weekend but I can only really afford to go a handful of times a semester. However, for the right guy, you bet I'll be heading in more.

I really have an affinity for collaging found objects. I recently did a mannequin hand that I found on the floor of Macy's and a high heeled shoe I found in my dorm.

Oh, and I tried my hand at creating a music video with some family friends. This was the result:

I like to think people notice my eyes just because I love eyes and that's what draws me to others. Other than eyes, people probably notice my favorite shoes. At least one person comments on them every time I wear them... or my height... I'm tall...

These are just my current favorites. They tend to flux depending on my mood. If I actually typed all my favorites... okcupid would blow up. It's the Aquarius in me.

Books: Harry Potter, Chuck Palahniuk, Jane Austen & Water for Elephants. Those are just a few of my favorites. I love reading.

Movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Brokeback Mountain, Lars and the Real Girl, Mean Girls, The Fifth Element, 007, Phantom of the Paradise, Spirited Away, A World Without Thieves, & The Italian Job.

Music: Regina Spektor, Rent, Britney Spears, Harry and the Potters, Panic! at the Disco, Anthony Rapp, Rufus Wainwright, This Condition, & The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Food: I force myself to get something different when I go out just to make sure I experience everything.

TV: I really don't watch many shows religiously... only Lost. But there are a lot that I own on DVD just because they are so wonderful. Here are some other random shows that I tend to stop on when channel surfing: Will & Grace, Six Feet Under, Dexter, CSI, True Blood, Ace of Cakes, Doctor Who, Star Trek Voyager, Queer as Folk, & Sex and the City. Oh, and I'm always sure to catch Glee on Hulu.

New stories or ideas to write or create. When an idea starts to form, I can zone out for an hour just working it out in my mind.

If not that then I'm probably off with friends watching a movie or something. Other than that, I do enjoy a nice date every once in a blue moon... I guess that's why I'm on here... I'd like to up the ratio of Fridays without dates to Fridays with.
