Military brat, who continues to explore everything these United States have to offer. This summer I want to climb half dome. I love fitness, food, friends, and another F word...fun! Currently I am working on my maters degree in Health Promotion and Injury Prevention. outside of that I work with sports teams for a living. I do anything from rehabilitation to casting fractures to diagnosis of injuries. From there in my free time I like to explore or learn new things.

luxury reading rarely occurs for me. I mostly read research articles and text books for my graduate program and work. lately it has been starship troopers, 50 shades of grey, The Essential Wooden, Choke, World War Z. 50 Shades was a mistake. Not listening to my female friends again about what a good book is. Can't wait for the movie tho

Burritos - I mean they are fantastic. they are a meal equvalent of an orange. just peel off the foil and go. and they are huge space savers. pollo asada is prbably the best kind with black beans and great spicy salsa.
Duct Tape - Myth busters proved its all you need to survive and further more you can make a wallet with it.
Toilet Paper - no explaination needed
Clean Water - its the best thing for you and what you need survive daily
Pandora - probably the only technology that I need.
pants - the sight of pantsless me is not for everyone

Rehabs, places to explore, the words to the song I was just listening to, is there an app for that? would it be better to be amish? I can climb that, wish I had my camera, there is an app for that, did I turn off my lights?
