My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a gentleman with a sharp mind, intense musical intent, and I love company.

Oh, and I'm legally blind. Figured I should throw that in there.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Honestly? I don't know yet. I have all intents, however, to continue to play guitar for many a moon, and perhaps make a career out of it one way or another. (I do love teaching people, in any field.)

Currently, I'm largely contemplating life, the meaning thereof, playing guitar, operatin' on my computer, and trying to find interesting things around Greenville.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Mostly? Guitar. I've been playing for almost 9 years now, Lots of fun, and I've gotten very good at it. Between being able to construct a story, and improvise over the background others have created/are creating, it's definitely a passion of mine.
The first things people usually notice about me

Well, it used to be my hair. About 2 1/2 years ago now, I kind of had it all shaved off, so now? It's likely the beard. Not a huge one or anything, but I feel like it accents my face rather nicely.

After the person in question has already spoken to me? Probably that I'm a quick-witted musician.

Frankly, I don't read quite as much as I'd like--but Hitchhiker's Guide(the entire series,) Time Traveler's Wife, Macbeth, Harry Potter 1-7

Movies: LotR, The Whole Nine Yards, Donnie Darko, Monsters, Inc., The Jerk, Blues Brothers, Rush Hour, Beverly Hills Cop

Music: I've been expanding in this area quite a bit over the past few years. I've gone from primarily alt. rock to dubstep (Skrillex, Bassnectar, namely,) metal (Nevermore, Arsis, Obscura, Death,) and a little bit of rap (P.O.S., MC Lars, and some other nerdcore) With country, I'm kind of at the point where I can tune it out...But I don't 'listen' to it, per se.
I've also begun listening to jazz lately. Guthrie Govan, Herbie Hancock, etc.

For food, I'll eat pretty much anything set in front of me. I mean, there are a select few things I won't eat (e.g. eggs, zucchini, squash) because of a certain girlfriend my dad once had, but that's a bit off topic.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music, friends, and something to be happy about are the three things I couldn't live without.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
what I'll do next. I mean that in a multiple year sense, by the by. I'm not sure what I'll do in the future, how I'll have to overcome the weird stuff--or the new weird stuff, anyways.

I also can't play video games anymore, which is both a blessing and a curse...So I spend all the time I used to think about World of Warcraft, thinking about playing guitar.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Not doing nearly enough. Lack of ability to drive really puts a damper on things.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Really, anything you want to know about me I'll tell you.It just requires a question.

However, for the time being?

I lost two people, that were relatively close to me, in a car accident. I was asleep in the back seat, which I think is the sole reason I survived--and I'm constantly reminded, that they were not quite so fortunate.
