I am fun-loving, honest, and witty.

My Self-Summary

Hello all......I am a single mom to a very cool 13 yr old boy and health care professional in a beautiful new dental practice. I've been focused on school for several years now and am finally in a place where I am extremely happy with my life. I am responsible, yet fun-loving, with a sarcastic wit and honest nature. I love music, the ocean, movies, spending time with family and friends, and am passionate about my career!! The only thing I am missing is a partner in crime to share it all with. I am hoping to find some one in which to enjoy all life has to offer! Maybe that someone could be you.......so if you'd like to chat.....drop me a line :)

What I’m doing with my life

Right now, my day-to-day life consists of working, dealing with the stress of buying a house, and living on the football field with my son.

I’m really good at

I would say that I am a good mom, I give excellent singing performances in my car, and I can make a mean banana split pie! I'm really into interior design, painting the occasional abstract (though I'm usually the only one to appreciate it), and I am good at my job (I think I have an uncanny ability to make my patients comfortable in the chair)! :)

The first things people usually notice about me

I have been told that my hair and eyes are the two things people notice first.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: I have spent the last couple years reading all about dental hygiene and now I look forward to reading for pleasure. I usually like anything by James Patterson, Johnathan Nasaw, and Nicholas Sparks, to name a few, but my tastes are expanding.....I'll update my authors once I have been able to do more reading.

Movies: I love movies.... and it is impossible to name my favorite, but I will say that I loved Fargo, Sixteen Candles, Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting, Office Space, The Notebook, Old School, The Red Violin, and Halloween (the first 2). I just saw Year One and wasn't that impressed.....am definitely looking forward to the Hangover, Transformers and My Sister's Keeper.

Music: I'd have to say that I love most music, however I do not listen to a lot of country music. I am familiar with some country music artist, but let's just say there isn't a country station programed in my car. Some artists I enjoy are Death Cab for Cutie, Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan, Citizen Cope, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Kings of Leon, The Black Keys, The White Stripes, Coldplay, Depeche Mode, anything 80's, Bob Marley, Katy Perry, Outkast, Kanye West, etc......

Food: I would say that my favorite food is seafood. Grew up camping on the Chesapeake Bay and love picking crab.

The six things I could never do without

I cannot do without my cell phone, Ipod, laptop, sunglasses, hot tea in the morning, and the comfort of my bed at night.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Actually I don't spend a lot of time thinking about one thing. I am pretty laid back and don't stress the small stuff so I would say I spend a lot of time thinking about alot of things....I know, it's not really an answer is it?

On a typical Friday night I am

On a typical Friday night I am home. I try to maintain a healthy balance between my family and social life, but my family life usually wins. Don't get me wrong I love to have a couple cocktails with friends or catch a live band.....I just don't do it every weekend. :)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

You'll have to ask me later.
