Recently moved to Athens, GA.

As much as some profess not to be, I am what I do. I'm a 24yr old computer technician looking for someone to spend time with on varying levels of interaction. I currently work as a walk-in technician for an Anderson business. I've been dabbling in software development to include PHP, MySQL, C, and Objective-C. Nerd stuff. ;)

When I'm not staring at the dull glow of a monitor, I generally like to be looking downrange for a calming period of marksmanship, though I don't find the time often to do so. I play pool horribly, but like it anyway. The same thing goes for darts. I'm also the same way for bowling. I try to be easy going and adaptive, so I'm willing to try most anything for fun.

Looking for someone intelligent enough to keep up with random musings on various subjects depending on what pops into my head at that given time, or the head of whoever I'm speaking with at the time.

I've been told that I analyze everything. I agreed with them when the first thing that came to mind was, "I wonder why...". For those that know what I'm talking about, my Myers-Briggs is ISTP. I don't agree with all of it, but its hard to observe oneself sometimes.

I'm taking over as the Mac admin in the Miller Learning Center at the University of Georgia, figuring out how to make the students' lives easier when dealing with the media lab or the Macs in general.

Acclimating to a new city and all of the things around it.

Without tooting my own horn here, I'd have to say I'm fairly handy with most anything relating to computers and various other electronics.

I like to think I'm quick on the draw for handling new information and reverse-engineering black-box systems, be them social, mechanical, or electronic.

Is being goofy a skill that one can be good at? :D

I've been told that I make a good conversationalist, or a listener, whichever is needed at any given time. May or not be accurate, but I suppose you'd have to find out for yourself.

Probably the hair. Its usually poofy and a little out of control. :D

To try and restrict it to a list of genre of entertainment wouldn't really put forth what I enjoy in most mediums. For music, I'd have to say that I enjoy a lot of mood music, as to say that I enjoy music that evokes a mood to me. When its around the house, I enjoy slower, calmer music, say... DJ Shadow, some of Opeth's stuff (Harvest, Hours of Wealth, Windowpane, etc). On the road, I tend to enjoy things with tempo, things that would instinctively give you that lead foot.

Movies: I tend to lean toward movies that illicit thought and consideration. Not to say that I won't sit in front of 'Shoot Em Up' and love every second of it.

Books: Right now, I've got just one author on the mind, and that's Peter Watts. Man writes wonderfully. 1984 is amazing. I've been reading some Anton LaVey. Enjoying those works as well.

Food: I haven't found many foods that I don't like. Cole slaw being one of them. Don't know why... can't stand it.

My father, whom I can call for council on anything.

The car, which gets me to my obligations and away from bullshit.

The computer, to which I base my career and many other things on.

My friends, because all of this would be pointless alone.

My mind, which both drives me insane and keeps me afloat where others sink.

The things I don't yet know, for that's what keeps me asking questions.

Girls. I like girls.

Cooped up to read, develop, play video games. Sometimes, I manage to get out and do something.

I just picked up violin. I currently suck at it. :D
