I'm an easy-going and friendly guy. My attitude in life is to do what must be done, but to share as much love and have as much fun as possible in the meanwhile. I enjoy reading books... listening to all sorts of music... musing over the intricacies and knowledge shared via the world wide web... being an artist through drawing, writing, composing and dancing... going on hikes and long walks. I'm philosophical and open-minded, interested in cultures, beliefs, feelings, creativity, nature, and other often times overlooked aspects of life.

I'm always happy to find a new people to get close to. If you're in touch with your feelings, have a good sense of humor, and an open mind and spirit, I think we'd get along pretty well. Would love to spend time just talking and enjoying life.

At the moment? Getting ready to move back to southern CA, and continue down my path. During free time, doing fun (yet preferrably meaningful) with my life. As a long-term goal, I'd like to make a positive difference for this world, somehow... and by 'world', I mean the whole thing, not just the human sphere.

I LOVE reading, writing, drawing, and going out for some peaceful walking or hiking. Occasionally I chat online, and watch movies. I love to go visit the zoo or botanic gardens, or take a trip to a national park, or the mall or a museum, etc.

I am studying more about tarot, shamanism, and other neo-pagan concepts. I want to explore different paths to find my own.

Writing/typing beautiful prose fiction, and colorful vibrant sketches (totally opposite to my old style). Have loved doing both for years now.

Speaking deeply and empathetic(ly?) with others, especially about how we feel about things.

Opening myself up to new people, though at first there is alot of shyness when meeting in person. Everyone shares something with everyone else, whether a specific quirk or like or hatred or style, or far much more.

Analyzing video games. Some can be truly luverly as forms of art, you know (e.g.: Silent Hill series, Myst series).

My calm yet odd body language, composed nature, and oh so lovely eyes.

Or alternatively, my frantic excitement and frazzled hair.

(a) Almost any decent work of spectulative fiction (fantasy, horror and sci-fi, in that preference order). I especially enjoy Steven King's The Dark Tower series, Peter S. Beagle's The Last Unicorn, Brian Jacque's earlier Redwall books (before they became *too* monotonous), pretty much anything by Mercedes Lackey and Jane Yolen, all kinds of graphic novels, manga and comics, and lots of other titles/series/authors I must've forgotten at the mo'.

(b)Jurassic Park and Lion King are my personal all-time favorites. Anything animation or fantasy/sci-fi is auto-liked, assuming the film isn't absolutely awful! I tend to like almost any movie, for that matter, being far less critical than most people. The only exception is when there's an *insanely* huge amount of violence or crass humor with no real purpose or effect. Oh, and alot of the newer movies suck, since Hollywood is convinced nowadays that special fx are MUCH more important than having even a decent script or story.

(c)Music = Life. Pretty much. I will be extra happy when I get my little claws on an iPod and dance my butt off (though I will do it well-ish!). I enjoy most genres, except for rap and some country. My favorites are ethnic/world (fusion), new age, instrumental/soundtrack, any form of electronica, 80s, and gothic/industrial. My all time favorite artist would be Peter Gabriel, though many come close. I suffer from a tragic inability to remember the artist or title for most of the songs I hear, instead remembering just how the song went, both music and words.

(d)All food is always good, all the time. Except raisins.

EVERYTHING! Especially the most random and 'pointless' stuff(thus nerdy). The Wikipedia doesn't exactly sate my hunger for knowledge, either.

More specifically, I think often about animals and plants, of the ecosystems and the natural world around us, and I enjoy going out and sensing it around me, away from the noisy far-spreading roads. From a human standpoint, I am incredibly interested in learning more about different beliefs that we humans have developed in cultures throughout the centuries, even millennia. I feel I may learn more about what truly matters to my life this way, besides growing better understanding existance in general. I'm most interested in the ancient beliefs at the moment, especially shamanism and animism.

Doing what I do any other day. Friday's nothing special to me. Time with friends and family is.

Really, I'm not sure what is 'private'. Depends on what you consider private. If I share, it wouldn't be private anymore either. Ask me one-on-one, maybe. :)
