The story of Travis:

Born in Bumfuck South Dakota, Travis always felt out of place among the hordes of farmers and rednecks surrounding him. Because of this, Travis decided he'd be better off secluding himself from said rednecks, and instead devoted his adolescent years to his grades, video games, and becoming a funkalicious slap master on the electric bass.

But after 18 years, Travis finally managed to escape to a town called Aberdeen where he would study music at NSU. Travis decided he didn't like studying music, however, so he instead spent his entire first semester either sleeping or getting ridiculously drunk, making up for all the missed high school parties. This drove Travis into a pit of depression that he's still trying to climb out of. Meanwhile, he's set on turning himself around and hopefully get back on track to finishing college.

Currently attending Northern State University and after a whole semester of pretty much just being a fuck up I'm basically just trying to get myself back on track and figure out what I want to do with myself. Yeppp

Eating, and most things music related. I also like to think I'm hilarious and sexy, but that's just, like, my opinion man.

Movies are kind of my thing. My favorites include The Avengers, Fight Club, Let the Right One In, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog, Drive, Pulp Fiction, and The Cabin in the Woods. There's a lot more. So many that I can't think of what else to list.

SHOWS!
TV series are also kind of my thing. My favorites are Doctor Who, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development (2013!), The IT Crowd, How I Met Your Mother, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Louie, Community, Parks and Recreation, and Wilfred.

MUSIC!
Music is another one of my things. I play bass guitar, and my favorite bands include Mushroomhead, This Town Needs Guns, The Dear Hunter, Neutral Milk Hotel, Robots and Racecars, Rise Against, The Airborne Toxic Event, Cage the Elephant, Middle Class Rut, Metric, Four Year Strong, Blink 182, The Used, Yellowcard, The Black Dahlia Murder, Blindside, Icon for Hire, and Children 18:3

Food, my iPod, my electric bass, music, film, and video games. Yep.

I'm an avid day-dreamer. Most of my time is spent thinking about how I would survive a zombie attack or winning imaginary arguments. There're also a lot more depression related things, but I won't get into that just yet...

Hanging out. Either with IRL friends or YouTube friends (I have a lot of those...). Though I don't mind chilling by myself for a night with Netflix or a book to keep me company.

I am absolutely terrified of spiders. Seriously. Fuck spiders.

You find the idea of talking to a socially awkward geek who becomes less awkward/more awesome as you get to know him to be okay. Or you like Doctor Who. Because that's awesome.
