I like playing boardgames, but not till the fanatics level. I also like to play mahjong, but no money involved, because I don't gamble. Does a bit of latin dancing to relax and socialize. Did a bit of standard ballroom too. Also plays a bit of electric guitar. Thinking of picking up Korean and photography soon. I also like to solve riddles, so quite into the recent trend of escape game themes.
I do a bit of jogging, cycling and workout. Play a bit of badminton and bowling. Thinking of taking up archery and maybe golf.
Just something trivial, I'm a survivor of "Race the Dead"! Woohoo! Also a survivor of "Run for your lives", but didn't really have a good experience with the run. I survived with full lives for both runs, yeah!
I'm not so much of a travel person, maybe once a year. I travelled to Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea and Thailand. Wanted to travel to Japan and Europe in the near future. But guess won't be going to Japan in the near future due to the Fukushima nuclear meltdown incident.
I'm quite a technological geek. I like to use technology to solve problems.
My guiding principle in life: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets" (Matthew 7:12 NIV)
I'm also a left hander. Ever wonder why there are fewer left handers than right handers in this world? Here's the story...
In the past, people fought war with swords and shields. For right handers, they held swords with their right hands and shields with their left hands. Whereas for left handers, they held swords with their left hands and shields with their right hands.
During the war, a lot of left handers died because they couldn't protect their hearts with their left hands, which were holding swords. Whereas a lot of right handers could protect their hearts with their shields in their left hands.
