My Self-Summary
I'm hoping to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro soon and still looking for a
hiking buddy (bonus points if you know what country Kili is in). I
love my job as an attorney, but on weekends, I really like to be
outdoors as much as possible. I just ran my first marathon in Maui
in September and I've just started training for the LA Marathon in
March! I really enjoy spending my Saturday mornings running by the
beach.
I was born in Argentina (and spoke only Spanish at home), but you'd never know it because I speak English like an LA native, which has made for some hilariously uncomfortable situations when people assume I don't understand them when they speak Spanish in front of me...
I'm adventurous and love to travel with nothing but a backpack, but I'm definitely down for the impromptu decadent weekend trip to Las Vegas at a nice hotel. Well, really, I'm always down to travel, pretty much to any corner of the earth.
I've always tended to have several groups of friends that are fairly eclectic so my nights out are usually pretty varied. I can hang with the guys (I've been known to play the occasional game of Grand Theft Auto), but I definitely have a girly-girl side too (manis and pedis anyone?).
When not outdoors running or hiking, I love to read (Nabakov, Vogue, and anything in between), cook, and see movies, theater, and live music. Two of my favorite movies are Annie Hall and Gone with the Wind (also, I was unbelievably disappointed when I went to Atlanta for law school and discovered it looked nothing like Tara).
