I am reinventing the wheel, or at least my own spoke of it. A few years back I decided to ply myself off the couch and go outside. One of my best decisions to date. I took up playing tennis and love it. I also entered my first sprint and olympic length triathlons this year. I think this upcoming year I will attempt a half Iron-man. I love to travel and have been blessed to see many parts of the world. I plan to see more. I want to add more activities and adventures to my roster. I want to wash delicate items with towels and then dry them in high heat. There is no end to what I might try.

psychologists? Did they ever stay at a Holiday Inn Express?
