A location change for me. I have been down here in Hawaii for a week and am still sadly without a car but I am working so much that I don't really have much free time sadly. I would love to get to find a way to meet people down here a church and visit the island. We shall see what happens as sadly the length of time I am here is unsure at the moment. A few months to year or relocation is currently unknown.
So what about me. My life is driven by my belief in God and Love for others. However I cannot stand the christian bubble. I volunteer with many non profits and don't care about the money as long as my needs and expenses are met.
Currently I am focusing on work to pay off some old school debts so i can do more work with non profits. I have been on staff with organizations overseas, worked with homeless, orphanes, disaster relief, food banks and probably anything else you can think of. Been with large organizations such as World Vision and YWAM to small local church started groups and friends just going out for the fun of it.
If you judge alot by photos well then you will be mislead by mine. As I have recieved a new job and the beard is gone after 10yrs and will be putting some new photos up real soon once i get some taken.
My hobbies include photography (i have shows and possibly doing a coffee book but only a hobby and not a profession), traveling (I have actually been to more places in the world then most people dream of), board games, disc golf, geocaching, music and just hanging out with friends.
Typically you will find me at a coffee house people watching, playing games with friends or just enjoying the live music. The only time I am ever found in a club is if I am installing sound systems or lights, otherwise it is some sort of fluke.
I love trying new things and am up for doing almost anything once. Always makes for a great story.
Work- Well this is something that has recently changed. I was primarily a scenic carpenter building things for commercials, amusement parks, theatre and so forth. I recently accepted a job with a rope access company doing Non Destructive Testing. Basically I am an inspector that climbs around large structures like oil refineries, roller coasters, wind turbines, bridges and things checking the integrity of the structures. Currently it is keeping me VERY busy so I don't have much of a life at the moment and will probably remain that way till this summer really. Then I get to go back to only 40hrs a week. The job isn't just helping get me out of debt but in better shape and back into rock climbing so the benefits are fairly nice I think.
