My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I work as an RN at a local hospital. I enjoy my job, even though it does have me keeping weird hours.

I am a New Orleans native, and it has been a great city to grow up in.

I just moved downtown. I didn't realize how hard picking out new furniture could be. Luckily I have it all figure out. Now I just need some art.

My sense of humor is dry and sarcastic. If you're not into that, you probably won't like me.

I am looking for someone who is smart, cute, and quick witted. That doesn't exclude everyone who is not a Wes Anderson loving MD, but feel free to message me if you are.

Bonus points if you are Jewish.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working, going to sleep after the sun rises, and forgetting what day of the week it is.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
avoiding as much work as possible (Failing at what had been a life long achievement.)
wasting free time
misspelling everything
petting my dog
A plethora of equally useless traits
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have some pretty solid Jew curls going on right now. I hope that I have many other appealing qualities, but I am not sure which of those are my best.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

This should be broken up into a few categories.

I just finished The Man in the High Castle. A few of my favorites include Catch-22, Genesis 1948, Rant, World War Z, Jurassic Park, Everything Is Illuminated, Fear and Loathing, and I have to mention the Song of Ice and Fire series. I can't wait for book 6 to come out.

Wes Anderson, Steven Spielberg, Mel Brooks, and the original Star Wars. It's sad that I now have to qualify my love for Star Wars.

Community, Californication, Breaking Bad, BSG, Firefly, Arrested Development, Parks & Rec, Archer, Better off Ted, and Psych.

I never listen to the radio, so I am honestly not very familiar with what is popular today.

The Beastie Boys, The Beatles,Beck, Bruce Springsteen, Dr. John, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Genesis, Incubus, Jimi Hendrix, Norah Jones, REM, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Regina Spektor, The Rolling Stones, Santana, Smashing Pumpkins, The Who. Lots and lots of others, but those came to my head first.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
my dog
Star Wars
The Jerusalem Post
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How my work computer system would be so much better if it had spellcheck.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with my friends, if any of them are available. Otherwise you will likely find me sitting around watching Netflix or Hulu.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I won't stand next to anyone fishing; I have a strong fear of being hooked.
