Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Me llamo J.D. or D.J. if you prefer- it really doesn't matter. I
also go by Jet. I'm a 91Bravo (mechanic) in the United States Army
National Guard, currently going to college for my AAS in Criminal
Justice Law Enforcement. I'm moving out to California to become a
Police Officer after I finish my degree. Currently I also work in
the private security field and am a member of a Search and Rescue
More about me:
(I'll put some here, but message me if you really want to know what
I'm all about!): I'm somewhat of a fitness junkie, fun to be
around, have a passion for all things Criminal Justice-related, and
a slightly odd sense of humor. I'm just here to find my partner in
crime... prevention, that is! I also LOVE mountain
biking/urban MTB- it's a long time passion of mine.
Who I'm looking for:
Someone with a good sense of humor, active and likes to have fun.
Somebody who knows what they want to do with their life and is
actively pursuing it. A relatable career (Law Enforcement,
military, etc.) is a bonus. So, there are the basics- is that you?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Studying to become an officer of the law, taking life by the horns,
working on my careers, and having fun along the way!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I wouldn't consider myself one to brag about what I'm good at or
not. It really depends on the perception of the individual.
Except for grilling: panini, BBQ, burgers- I make a mean rib eye
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Honestly, I have no idea- sorry if this disappoints you.
My hair, my eyes, my personality, possibly? Some people say I have
a nice smile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Clive Cussler novels, Patricia Cornwell, Battleship, End of Watch,
Bond: Skyfall, Les Miserables, Black Hawk Down, Bait Car, Hawaii
Five-0, SouthLAnd, Bones, COPS, NCIS, pretty much any music genre
and Italian food- but do I really have to choose?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Haha, in reality I'd probably say: my friends and family, the
citizens I serve and defend, the criminals and terrorists who keep
me in a steady job (though I wish I could do without them!), and my
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My careers, family, friends, pets, my family in camo, my brothers
and sisters in blue (LEO), everyone I care about.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually doing anything from practicing combatives, reading,
horseback riding, playing with my dog, building custom bicycles,
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
...I'm secretly a ninja. :) Nah, if you want to know- you'll have
to ask me yourself!
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
We share similar interests, like criminal justice, the military,
mountain biking etc. Especially Law Enforcement and the military-
if you're currently employed in either field, that's a bonus.
[Oh and you're NOT a criminal- for some odd reason, I keep getting
convicted felons on here trying to score (with a cop?).
Also not looking for creeps who try to get my number just so they
can dirty-text/sext me. Thank you, but no thank you.]
Also: I can be kind of reserved when it come to talking over the
internet, so if I don't shoot you a message first after looking at
your profile, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm not interested.
Message me first and you'll definitely get a reply.
