Life is always changing, and I like to think I am relatively good at changing with it, so I am not really sure what to put here... although I am pretty sure if I can think of a couple more completely ambiguous phrases I will have managed to meet said 100 character minimum without teaching you anything.

Basically, I love the outdoors but I am not really a hiker or sportsy person. I like to think I have a little knowledge on a lot of things (could figure out most things if I wanted to, love just driving around or sitting on a back porch chillin, I like talking philosophy, and from time to time get a hair up my ass to try something new.

Wouldnt mind moving to France or at least Traveling the world (been to Europe once). Yes, Traveling with a capital T is better than regular traveling!

I have begun much more politically intrugued lately and tend to be socially and fiscally somewhat liberal, because I think we should try to make the world what we want it, and not be so afraid that we try and recreate yesterday out of fear. I do believe eventually we will have one world government and I am ok with that. Also, the analyst in me thinks that if you are going to have strong political beliefs, at the very least you should be able to back them up.

I am an athiest, and can tell you that if you are a hardcore neo-con, we probably wouldnt mesh. From that standpoint, if you are too extreme in a lot of your beliefs I will likely look at you with head cocked to the side and eyebrow raised, trying to figure out why. I am a pretty mellow fella, and generally dont see a reason to ever get too upset about most topics. I frankly don't understand why a person's sexuality, gender, or skin color should mean they get less/different human rights just because some dusty old book written based on pagan and other beliefs (without the current readers knowing so or able to admit so) says so.

Basically, I can be a total pragmatist, am most passionate about the woman I am sharing my life with, but love to cut loose once in awhile and head downtown for a drink with old friends.

I'm not sure. That I either really don't care about them (which is a total facade) or that I really do care (also normally a facade). Typical Iowa personality is the appearance of being super nice, but hard to earn trust from.

Otherwise I have no idea. You'll just have to meet me to find out, I imagine.

A) I tend towards Fantasy first, then a bit of Sci-Fi, then more instructional fiction. I love the concepts of magic and psychic powers without actually believing they are real (an important distinction I thought to make after reading various other Okcupid profiles that had me wondering). Unfortunately I know what LARPing is without ever participating.

Movies) I'm gonna stick with answer A here. Just add, I love movies that are either funny (i.e. Zoolander, Dodgeball, Caddyshack) or make me leave the theater thinking that perhaps I gained superpowers myself and am now a total bad ass!

3) For music? I seem to like anything that is popular... or was 5 years ago. That way I remain unique, riding the bandwagon on neither its initial run, or it's later resurgence.

You are smart, sophisticated when need be, caring and sympathetic, a bit on the silly side, can talk about ANYTHING for hours at a time, can be ok with a guy who may think seriously but doesn't always show it on the outside.
