I've gotten to a point where I'm tired of the fallacy of making a snap judgement based upon a few descriptive paragraphs about a person. I think a lot of people are on the hunt for the perfect match, specifying a certain height requirement or must be into this or against this or what have you. I find myself on the other side of the fence where I am much more inclined to base my judgment on actual conversation where so much more about a person can be learned than a text snapshot. I consider myself open minded and am willing to talk to most anybody. Differences and variety are the things that add adventure and spice into life and relationships...spend too much time looking for the "perfect" match and you may be looking for something that doesnt exist.

I hope I get to meet some people here that are equally open minded and willing to give conversation a try.

Working full time and looking forward to saving up for school. Not quite sure where I want to be headed yet, but I have a lot of things I'm interested in learning and pursuing.

I think that one of my defining traits is creativity. Whether it be in music, writing, or other forms of expression. I enjoy playing guitar, writing, and other such expressive activities. Anything I find myself interested in or that I might not know, I am generally eager to learn.

Books: Anything by Dean Koontz, Robert Asprin, Mercedes Lackey and other books of the same genre/type.

Movies: I'm not huge on scary movies, sports movies, documentaries (depends on the subject)...but I like sci-fi, fantasy, adventure, thriller, action, comedies...I especially like movies that compel you to question the world around you.

Music: Old Rock, Hard Rock, Ska, Swing, Classical, Opera, Celtic, Folk, Choir, Techno, Pop, Foreign, Speed Jazz, Synth, A Capella...etc.

The drive to improve ourselves, imagination, the unknown, love, communication, and learning new things.

Pyschology, science, the future (mine and collectively). When I'm going to find someone to talk to on here! :P

I generally just go with the flow...with whatever comes up.

Hypocrisy, voluntary ignorance, dishonesty, and arrogance are my largest pet peeves.
