My self-summary
Let's see... I'm a motorcycle riding, gamer who loves to golf and cook. I'm also in the process of starting a new gourmet tomato sauce business appropriately called "The Sauce" How's that for a summary? No? Not good enough? Alright, here you go...

All of the above are true, but to give you a bit more background.

My motorcycle: 2006 Victory Vegas, Fire Engine Red (see my photos)! I am in love with that machine.

Gaming: Yes I am a self admitted gamer, although I'm not an addict (I don't go to meetings). Games do not take precedence over real life but they are pretty fun and a good distraction.

Golf: I am exceptionally bad at this, yet I love the sport. I'm going for lessons this year, hopefully that will bump me up to just plain bad, I'm not expecting a miracle.

Cooking: I freakin' love cooking. I cook most nights and on weekends I'm usually making breakfast for my friends. I also like to get creative and do themed dinners, kind of like Iron Chef. The last one I did was a 4 course meal where every dish utilized a different alcohol in its production.

I also own my own home and I'm getting ready to buy a dog (I need to fix my fence first). I'm sure there is more to me but why spoil the surprise.

What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm the VP/Partner in a local Graphic Design & Marketing firm. I've also got 2 other side projects, The Sauce (which is almost up and running) and another project that won't be disclosed at this time (I don't want to jinx it...) . I really love being in small business and enjoy the challenge of operating a successful small business. I don't think I'll ever go back to corporate life.

Personally, I'm just working towards getting my life where I want it. I bought my first house about a year and a half ago. I'm currently working on landscaping my back yard, finishing/fixing the fence and once that is done I will be getting a dog (I'm currently leaning towards a German Shephard puppy but I haven't quite made up my mind).

Other than that I'm pretty much where I want to be.

I’m really good at
Cooking. I went to culinary school and got my A.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts. Add to that the fact that I've been cooking since I could reach the stove and the training I've received at the different local restaraunts I've worked for and I would say I've become a pretty decent chef. I'm no Food Network star but I make a pretty rad chocolate souffle, among other things.

Oh, and playing really bad golf. I am undeniably amazing at that.

The first things people usually notice about me
I honestly don't know, I've never really asked anyone what they noticed first. If and when you meet me let me know what you noticed first.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, The Cold Fire Trilogy by C.S. Friedman, The Hobbit & The Lord of the Rings series by J.R.R. Tolkien, and the Space Odessy Series (2001, 2010, 2061, 3001) by Arthur C. Clarke.

Movies: Army of Darkness, Brother, Equilibrium, The Last Starfighter, Star Wars (IV, V and VI. Not I, II and III), Boondock Saints, Thank You for Smoking, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and many more... This is by no means a definitive list, just a sampling of what I like.

TV: Bones, The Stargate series, Justified, Sparticus: Blood & Sand, The Tudors, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother, House, anything by Joss Whedon (the man makes entertaining TV), Psych, Chuck, Glee, Mythbusters, Iron Chef, Chopped, V, In Plain Sight, Burn Notice, Royal Pains, The Guild, etc.

Music: I like a little bit of everything but as far as favorites go the list might look like this. Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Rise Against, Bad Religion, AC/DC, Metallica, Disturbed, Dropkick Murpheys, Jay-Z, Linkin Park, Sex Bob-omb, The Clash at Demonhead, etc.

Food: Mac n' Cheese, Breaded Veal Cutlets, Prime Rib & Mashed Potatoes, Steak & Baked Potatoes, Steak au Poivre, Meatloaf (my grandmothers recipie), Penne w/Vodka Sauce (my great uncle's recipie), Pizza (homemade or authentic New York style), Sushi/Sashimi, Buiscuts & Gravy, Bacon, Risotto, and much, much, more... I love food and my list could go on and on.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
I don't spend a lot of time thinking about any one thing. I tend to jump around from topic to topic. It's a little crazy up there in my head... The best way to put it is: My train of thought often gets derailed.

On a typical Friday night I am
Cooking "Family Dinner" with my close friends, playing softball (spring/summer), catching a movie, or going to the bar. On occasion I may just crash out on the couch and watch TV if it's been a long week.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
There exists, somewhere in cyberspace, a video of me dancing to Thriller in Vegas on New Years Eve and/or in Denver on Halloween this past October... I will not tell you where, you must find it yourself if you wish to see it.

p.s. If you do find it, pass the link along because I honestly don't know who took the video and I can't find it anymore... so sad...
