My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Unanimous Praise(?) for the Author of this Profile!

"You're the only person from California I've met that I can actually stand."

"Did you just walk into a bush?"

"I used to feel think I was a giant nerd, then I started hanging out with you."

"You're Asian?!"

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Masquerading as a productive member of society during the day, working a job whose definition I can't quite define at a tech company that is pure awesome. I'm pretty much Chandler Bing or Barney Stinson- nobody knows precisely what I do but I'm somehow essential.

No comments on if I'm Batman at night.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing. Not handwriting of course, mine's almost bad enough to be a doctor's, but more of the short story/novel persuasion.

I also specialize in getting song lyrics stuck in your head, referencing pop culture, and making jokes that make you visibly wince at how awesome (read: terrible) they were.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I've got moves like Jagger if Jagger had a stroke. Alternatively, my ambiguous features which don't quite fit any one demographic.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I am an absolutely voracious reader, and have been since I was a kid and picked up Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone at the bookstore one day. I love all kinds of books, from history texts to philosophy, but my all time favorite genre will always be Fantasy. Harry Potter, The Wheel of Time, the Dresden Files, The War of Art, A Song of Ice and Fire, the Count of Monte Cristo, The Charisma Myth, and the Guns of August are some of my favorites that I recommend to everyone and anyone.

The Prestige, Training Day, and Ace Venture 2: When Nature Calls are probably my favorite movies of all time and anything similar to those 3 I'll happily watch and rewatch. I also enjoy watching stuff get blowed up real good everywhere like in Expendables 2.

TV wise - The Wire, Hannibal, Archer, the Simpsons, Flight of the Concords, Once Upon a Time, How I Met Your Mother, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Mad Men, Battlestar Galactica, Supernatural, Breaking Bad, and House of Cards.

Music-wise I'm always listening to something different- the Black Keys, Reel Big Fish, Billy Joel, Eminem, the Eagles, Muse, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Maroon 5, the Aquabats, Fall Out Boy, the Fray, etc.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. The bear necessities- H20, O2, and the people who make up my social support group (aka friends/family). I swear this counts as one.
2. The look on someone's face when I've made a terrible pun.
3. Caffeine. Legitimately I might die without it.
4. The internet. I get paid to do things with it.
5. Rice. I'm Asian- stereotypes exist for a reason.
6. Beer.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Narwhals, bad puns, planning out my next trip abroad. I just came back from Europe and I'm already planning my next adventure (East Asia sounds nice).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm really only here to find more opponents for words with friends.
