Sitting here trying to write this thing makes me feel like...a dog in the pet shop window competing with all of the other dogs in the pet shop. And if I was a dog in a pet shop window, I'd be the one that everyone wants to take home, but in the end never gets taken home. I'd be that dog with the floppy ear and the spark of intelligence in her eye who always gets passed over for the cuter, fluffier, and slightly less intelligent dogs.

So, who am I? I just moved to Houston. I need to find people who like to do something other than going to the bar. While I don't mind going every once in a while, I do like to do things that don't involve me puking up my dinner. I love going to museums, coffee shops, and art galleries, but also enjoy a good day of quad riding up in the mountains. I love to read. I also love to play computer and video games. I love to walk around Pittsburgh and take pictures of things that look interesting to me. I absolutely love anything having to do with history, and you should too (Bonus points for you if you like medieval history. Triple bonus points for you if you would go to a renaissance festival with me.) I do have tattoos, so if you don't like tattoos, well, sorry 'bout your luck. I do plan on getting a couple more. Yes, one of them is dorky. Very dorky. If you want to know what it is, just ask. It's been a fairly good conversation starter for me.
