What I’m doing with my life

Well I just finished my PhD in Microbiology/physics/chemistry (it was a complicated project) so now I am doing more research. On the side of this I am drawing, currently trying to get value for money out of my Wacom Tablet. Going to gigs and trying to expand the amount of people I know in Dublin.

I’m really good at

Making a noise that sounds like a baby crying. Sleeping. Being dirty minded and making innuendo, I also draw, I'm great at twisting peoples words, playing computer games (i'm not great but I can do it).

I also very much enjoy banter and surreal humour, intelligent humour.

I hate people who say "crazy" things for the sake of going "OMG look at me, I'm crazy". This is very much not me, I'm very non insane.

The first things people usually notice about me

Red hair, accent(Donegal), the note demanding money, then the shotgun, balaclava comes down, screaming and then run run run with the money!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

A)his dark materials by phillip pullman, what a great book, the garth nix books, I read various book then forget I read them, I went through a Carl Hiassan phase, Ian Rankin, Night watch, Day watch, Alice Sebold and erotic clown fiction, recently started reading stuff by Alan Moore (I bought about 7 books) and I have to say, he is rather good. I also like some of Grant Morrisons stuff and Bear by Jamie Smart also recently got into Neil Gaiman



(B)To be honest I love movies, a lot. Recently I have been discovering how movies you may have liked in the 80s are in fact shit...an exception to this is Ghostbusters. Fido, 10 items or less, Rec. I really should update this basically if a movie is getting a good write up in a paper not the Daily mail or news of the world I'll consider watching it.
