My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a fun, sweet woman looking for a great guy to enjoy life with. My background is in sports medicine and I work a lot with people who have had injuries or surgery. It's gratifying to watch people get better! I also coach a high school sports team. Coaching these kids is a highlight, one of the most fun things that I have ever had the chance to do. I have a very eclectic group of friends in a variety of ages who I love spending time with. I love traveling and have a long list of places I want to go. I enjoy the outdoors, football, running 5Ks, hockey, baseball, art, music, hiking, cooking, wine, and learning new things. I have a quick wit and sometimes a sarcastic sense of humor and hope you do as well. I hate drama, and I can promise that I will never ask you to dance.

I have always half-jokingly said that the short list of what I want in a guy is: smart, smart-ass, and a jock. But I think it should be more like intelligent, compassionate, well-balanced, ambitious and honest, as well as that sense of humor! Someone with passion for something in his life, who also gets excited about my passions. Oh, and it probably helps if you like football.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Helping young people realize their potential.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Connecting people to situations and other people that they need to know, which sounds way more boring than it turns out to be in real life. It's more along the lines of being Julie the Cruise Director.

my blue eyes
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - anything business, leadership, or psychology; not really a big fan of fiction.

Movies - I'm not much of a movie person, especially in the theater. It's too much like being in school - you have to sit still and be quiet.... But I do like The Princess Bride, Bull Durham, Field of Dreams (and I cry at the end of it. Every. stinkin. time.)

Shows - Grey's Anatomy

Food- I can pick some fresh veggies out of my garden, throw a steak on the grill and pour a glass of wine and I'm all set! I also like supporting our local farmers and restaurants whenever I can.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends and family
Good food and wine
Somewhere fun to enjoy the previous two
Something to make me laugh
A purpose for my life
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why dating is so much harder in our 40s and 50s than it was in our 20s. How to get done all the things I want to accomplish in my life. Why so many of the guys on here say that they are afraid to talk to us women. How we are ever going to get out of the budget crisis and the mess we've made of health care and health insurance.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a high school football game. Unless it's not Fall. Then I'm probably doing something else.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are in Nashville, are single, somewhat near my age and looking for women somewhat near YOUR age, and don't smoke; you haven't listed "casual sex" as one of your relationship options; you want someone who is not a typical girl (whatever that means. I've been told its a compliment, so I'm going with it); you want someone to share fun and adventure with.
