My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Some of this is a little outdated- when you don't visit over the years and suddenly make a return, some things change... some quite a bit, like the quick questions. I guess my main interests here still apply, though, so....

I generally start out quiet and shy- you might not even notice me if I'm in a new situation because I'm so quiet. Once I've become more comfortable, though, you'll know I'm there when I sneak in a joke that creeps up and leaves you on the floor. (It is the quiet ones ya gotta watch, after all.) When online, I can skip the awkward social stuff and jump right into having an entertaining conversation.

I'm a geek, through and through- almost fully fitting the stereotype. I enjoy computers, and play RPGs (though a lot less frequently than I used to). I'm also an aspiring writer, when I can get the ideas out of my head.

I'm a guy, and thus at least a partial pervert... but I can keep it under control. There's plenty of other subjects to talk about. Most of my efforts there are channeled through writing, and I like to think I'm good at it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At the moment, I get paid to sit around; I'm on disability leave from work due to my vision. I'm trying to rectify that now that I've gotten my Bachelor's degree, but battling a field that doesn't bode well for entry-level positions and the economy and upcoming holiday season really impair my efforts.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing, when I can get an idea that goes from start to finish. (Or erotica- it's kinda easy to figure out the finish there.) Otherwise, I can build computers and fire off sarcastic comments like nobody's business, and a large portion of my brain stores stand-up comedy routines that I can quote to fill most any situation.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have thick glasses and my head tilts as a natural reaction to only seeing out of one eye. Since I'm quiet too, I'm usually considered creepy. You'll also notice me not caring; it's not worth wasting my time.

Of course, if you're comin' from behind me, I've been told I have great legs and a cute butt.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books- I haven't read in a while due to vision, but Robert Asprin's Myth series was probably my high shcool favorite. Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series was awesome. Also a fan of Douglas Coupland. More recently, I started reading Drew Carey's Dirty Jokes & Beer.

Movies- LotR (obviously), Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Braveheart, Fight Club, Murder at 1600, Alice in Wonderland.

Music- All over. Art of Noise, Bob Marley, CAKE, Da Vinci's Notebook, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Forest for the Trees, Gorillaz, Hampsterdance, Ian Van Dahl, Jack Johnson... and more in each genre. A3, Dropkick Murphys, Engima, They Might Be Giants, and Weird Al are probably the most listened to right now.

Foods- lasagna, pizza, any chicken product. Moz sticks, breaded pork chop sandwich, and Johnnie Walker Black when I'm out at the bar about once a month. Am trying to eat healthier... how well that's working is a different story.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My creativity, passion, comedy, and excellent counting skills.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
where I am in life; lots of aspirations, less ambition, and other than relationshipwise, not where I want to be in my life. Then it turns to "Am I complaining too much?" and the like. Vicious cycle!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either watching TV or on the computer at home. Once in a while, I'll go out for a drink with roommates, but nothing too exciting.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Look at my tests... there's not a lot I really consider private. I'm willing to answer anything brought up.
