My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
A fairly recent Brooklynite from Queens. A little bit of a big kid, a part-time romantic and mostly a contemplative person. A sucker for rom-coms, 90s nostalgia, hipster beards and absurd humor.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a freelance camera person for television and film. It's something I've followed through since I was a teenager, so I'm glad to be making a living in a thing I love.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm pretty good at navigating through places. If that's a skill.
I'm good at planning events. Getting people together for something and making things happen. It's a skill I learn from work.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I used to be a pretty huge reader in High School. Now my attention span and patience has gotten away from me. From time to time I'll still pick up a Neil Gaiman or a Haruki Murakami book.

I'm always watching films. As a kid I loved Steven Spielberg movies. My film tastes are as eclectic as my music taste.

Speaking of which. Lately I've been getting into Moderat, Neon Indian, Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation, the soundtrack for Stranger than Fiction, Chance the Rapper and Norah Jones.

Currently I'm watching Jessica Jones on netflix, the second season of Fargo and entertaining the idea of rewatching the entirety of Futurama.

Foodwise, I'm good with most things. My seamless usually consist of Thai, Korean, Indian and Mexican. But I was raised up eating Chinese and Vietnamese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My friends and family. The people I really care about.
Music is pretty big in my life. I don't think I could get by without it. It's pretty therapeutic.
My imagination. It's pretty big.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I can be somewhat of a worrier. I got it from my mother I guess. Always thinking about the future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Freelancing doesn't offer me a typical Friday night. When I do have a day off, I sometimes spend it home relaxing watching something on Netflix or I go out and watch a movie. Sometimes I hang out with friends whom I haven't seen in a while or I go wander about in the city.

I'm looking for someone to hang out with. Somebody who I can just spend time talking about non-sense and possibly have it become more if it goes there. But first, just no-expectations and seeing if we have chemistry.
