My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'd rather summarize someone else... Which brings me to this.
If you're going to message me, be different. I'm tired of wasting weeks or months on someone only to have her turn out to be exactly like the last girl.

Anyway... Self-summary, right.
First of all, I say out loud what others choose to leave in their heads. I'm not rude, though... Just direct, and often shameless. =P

Second of all...
I really don't know what to write here, I've never been on a dating site before (kind of just here to see what it's like); if it said "biography" then I'd correct it to "autobiography", but it doesn't... So there goes a chance to look witty. Drat!
Anyway, I'm an English and political science double major at Georgia State University (honors college too, for what it's worth). I hope to go to law school, but we'll see how school goes... As my username might imply, I'm a tad lazy. I (for now) manage a thrift store in Lawrenceville, too.

I enjoy reading, eating good food, outdoorsy type stuff, listening to music (and going to concerts, as well as collecting records), playing golf, driving, being handy (mostly working on my Jeep, which, sadly, is more high maintenance than any of you vixens, so I'm prepared), and holding interesting conversations. I love the night, too... It's calm. Nighttime is the best.

If anyone here's awesome (or lame) enough to know what MBTI is, I'm an INTJ through and through, though I know I don't always seem like it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Majoring in English and political science, and hoping to go to law school.
Running a failing thrift store.
Sinking all my money into my Jeep and boat...>.<
Becoming a "core member" or "senior member" of every forum out there. ;P
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Using exit ramps to pass people...
Using the turn lane to pass people...
Passing people in the right lane...
Passing people in the left lane...
Cutting across 5 lanes of traffic...
Making it through yellow lights...

But on a more "serious" note:
Writing. Actually, proofreading and editing... I'm a good writer, but I'm a much better editor.
Fixing things.
Being a smartass.
Remembering useless information.
Selling things, as I've recently discovered...
Filling out online dating profiles.
^ Just kidding... Obviously.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair. I've got "luscious white boy hair" as two black friends have told me.
For real though, my hair's my best feature.

Then my height, or lack thereof.
Then my long eyelashes -- no, I'm not wearing Mascara.

Sometimes people'll make a comment about my resemblance to Drake Bell, but I just don't see it. There's the whole glaring issue of me having a beard, haha.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Ayn Rand novels, 1984, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, It's Kind of a Funny Story, A Million Little Pieces, Little New York Bastard, Running with Scissors, Michael Moore books (they can be interesting), books on legal theory, Jonathan Kellerman novels, Faye Kellerman novels, Howard Roughan novels, Lisa Unger novels, Harlan Coben novels... You should be seeing a trend here. Psuedo-intellectual bullshit, depressing indie bullshit, and psychological thrillers. Ohh, and classical stuff, too... The Iliad, the Odyssey, the Aenid, etc..
Also, every single Nancy Drew book, in elementary school. And Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Hunger Games (and the Gregor the Overlander series -- hipster here), and the Series of Unfortunate Events. And pretty much every fantasy/adventure book/series... Don't judge. So yes... Kids books, back then.

I don't watch much, at all.
But when I do, it's Suits or Big Bang Theory... Or Sherlock. And I'm working my way through House MD, currently. House and Sherlock both live in 221B... I noticed that, thought I'd share.
Guilty pleasures? I've seen every episode of Jerry Springer on youtube, a good bit of Catfish, a good bit of Teen Mom, and season 1 (and half of season two) of MLP. Don't judge me for my guilty pleasure shows... I've lived with some interesting people, ahah.

The first 2 Harold and Kumars, all 3 The Hangovers, Eurotrip, Click, Inception, Life is Beautiful, Legally Blonde, every Steve Martin movie I've seen, Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind, The Matrix, Pulp Fiction, Raising Arizona, Fargo, Barton Fink, O Brother Where Art Thou, Requiem For A Dream, Donnie Darko, Ladder 49, V for Vendetta, Casino Royale, The Matador, Rain Man, Good Will Hunting, Little Miss Sunshine, Daisy Diamond, Tommy Boy, Black Sheep, Planes Trains and Automobiles, Blues Brothers, Spaceballs, the original 3 Star Wars, and last, but by far the farthest from least... The Brave Little Toaster!

If it's not (newer) rap or (most) country, I bet I listen to at least some of it.
So anything rock-based. Wait... That's cocaine, isn't it? Oopsy. But really, if it's not rap or country (though I like a some rap songs and a couple country songs) I probably like it.
Classic rock, hard rock, prog rock, alternative rock, punk rock, indie, metal, hair metal, groove metal, pop rock, old hip hop, jazz, blues, scratching, whatever.
I collect records and I love concerts.
I can appreciate intricate music more than most people, too.., I played the most manliest instrument ever, in high school.

Anything, even fetuses and testicles.
Kidding... Had to see if you were still reading.
I will eat most anything, though. Except seafood or pig.
But I especially love onion rings, cheese, brisket, steak, veal, green beans, broccoli, kiwis, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and many other foods.
Also, I love Dr. Pepper and cream soda... And water, and black coffee, and grape juice. Whiskey, too; I'm not a drunk, though. Rarely drink.
Mexican food and Italian food are great -- same for Chinese and Japanese. Thai's not bad either.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no apparent order:
-My Jeep (a Cherokee... Don't expect a Wrangler -- darn elitists think their Jeeps are the only Jeeps. =P)
-My boat (owning a giant, old, expensive boat is a labor of love...)
-The internet
-My leather jacket
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How little tiny things can impact our lives in big ways.
What I'm going to eat next.
How often people contradict themselves.
The next thing I'm going to do to my car.
How OkCupid's personality section is TERRIBLY wrong about about me (okay not anymore, it's fairly accurate now -- but I'm not THAT immoral, come on).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either at work, working out (then showering, of course -- gotta' be clean), working on my boat, or playing Dota 2.
Maybe doing homework... Things tend to be due Friday at midnight.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a Ke$ha song on my iPod, and I have an OkCupid profile. Pretty embarrassing.
And that I have a thing for girls with lip rings and dark hair. Pretty private.
But I'm definitely attracted to girls with lighter hair and ringless lips as well. =P
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you've made it this far and you're still at least halfway conscious.
If you don't mind short guys or guys with beards.
If you're a night owl.

Don't be afraid to message me.
I probably won't initiate... So if you're secretly hoping I see that you visited my profile, and decide to message you, just message me instead. ;P
