I'm really wondering what it is about my profile that prompts so many straight men to visit my profile. I'm pretty sure I've not stated I'm female (double checks) and I don't think my profile pic looks THAT effeminate (for me at least). Can anyone enlighten me?

I really don't know.
I'd grade myself as being smarter than the average bear, but somehow lacking almost any ambition or goals. Not a good thing to admit, but probably necessary.
I've kind of bounced from job to occasional job, thoroughly enjoying myself, but somehow avoiding complications such as career, relationships, or responsibility of almost any kind (I did have a cat, who very unfortunately died a couple of years ago).

I've gotten quite good with computers, and arty things. I draw pretty well, have been told I write well, though I'm not sure I'd ever have the confidence to sit down and write anything like a novel (What if everyone thought it was trash?!). Uhm, I have a fairly mechanical mind and can take apart, if not always reassemble, things ranging from plugs to engines and gearboxes. However I'd be hesitant to describe myself as 'really' good at anything.

I'm not sure, you'd need to ask them.

Uhm, does everyone else write these lists then feel terribly pretentious and start again?
I think I've just managed to psych myself out, I'll just list things I liked recently.
Films: Tropic Thunder, No country for old men, Arahan, District 13, The Hurt Locker.
Music: 2 many DJs, Soulwax, The Alabama three, Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Books: I've not read much new recently, having been living in a country where I am a virtual illiterate, but I can recommend Learning Maya 8.0, very good if you need to know more about Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines.
